GBNO ORDER NUMBER ADTER TAKING MONEY After going through the checkout and filling out all of my info and paying I recieved an error stating the address didnt match the system however money left my account and I have never had that issue before. I have recieved no confirmation email, order number or anything apart from the money leaving my account. HELP

GBSo long Element, hello Vapor DNA Started doing business with Vapor DNA because Element Vape really ticked me off over a return. I hadn't had the product longer than a couple of weeks and they made it impossible to do a return or to swap out what I ordered. I've spent hundreds of dollars with them and refuse to do business with Element anymore. Vapor DNA got my Sense Orbit and nic salt to me fast and without any problems. To me that's having great integrity as a business. I'll be placing my orders with Vapor DNA from now on. Thanks you guys!!

GBGreat Since 2015 I've been happy with vapor dna but the one thing I wish you guys had was free shipping. Also I seem to often find what I'm looking for to be out of stock. If that happens or my order isn't enough to clear for free shipping it will make me go to a different website and end up ordering everything there to keep things simple.

GBNo order number adter taking money I placed an order yesterday, but when I paid, the system prompted me to recheck my bank card number. Then I re-entered it, but the payment still failed. Then I thought there was something wrong with my bank card, so I changed it again. I tried paying my credit card, but it still didn't work. When I checked my bank account today, I found 7 more payments and 2 more payments on my credit card. But I didn't receive any order confirmation number from you. I would like to ask when my money will be returned to my bank account.

GBI'm tired of the shipping problems I'm tired of the shipping problems. I have to pay an extra $10 for signature, yet the post office refuses to walk up to the door, even though I have made it a priority to be home when it's due. I know you don't control the post office but you are legally allowed to offer FedEx or UPS and you don't. My order is always late and I have to drive to town and wait in line at the post office for it. USPS sucks and you need to step up to get us better service options!
