After the 2nd attempt without success I gave up. Shortly afterwards I checked my bank account and $266.32 was taken out of my account two different times. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by email. No phone was listed on their site. I looked up and found three different numbers but still had no success. I really just want my money back.

GBA site you can trust! Always excellent service! Quick shipping, items are exactly as ordered and never have any problems! Love that they offer a rewards program and always have some sort of sale or coupon code available. Definitely a trusted site and recommend to others!

GBSo long Element, hello Vapor DNA Started doing business with Vapor DNA because Element Vape really ticked me off over a return. I hadn't had the product longer than a couple of weeks and they made it impossible to do a return or to swap out what I ordered. I've spent hundreds of dollars with them and refuse to do business with Element anymore. Vapor DNA got my Sense Orbit and nic salt to me fast and without any problems. To me that's having great integrity as a business. I'll be placing my orders with Vapor DNA from now on. Thanks you guys!!

GBWebsite is legit They are a legit website, my experience with them is just meh. I ordered from them Sunday, shipped out Tuesday and I got it this Tuesday ( 1 week later ) shipping delays in California with corona are KILLER right now, haha but I still received by package so that’s good. I was kinda disappointed because the coils I bought came in their box but the box wasn’t even closed was completely opened, not sealed or shut, just wide open (we took pics) And the box of the eliquid was banged up but that I’m sure was from shipping. So they’re a legit website, but if you need your stuff immediately I’d try from eliquid.com because shipping seems a bit faster during COVID right now.
