GBGreat Since 2015 I've been happy with vapor dna but the one thing I wish you guys had was free shipping. Also I seem to often find what I'm looking for to be out of stock. If that happens or my order isn't enough to clear for free shipping it will make me go to a different website and end up ordering everything there to keep things simple.

GBTop notch company Top notch company. They go above and beyond to support their customers. The value what customer service should be. Other companies need to take direction from them. I have ordered many many times from them. Never had any problems at all. Shipping is quick. Placed an order on Monday and it is scheduled to arrive today Friday. Selection is amazing. Pricing is always lower than the competition. I choose VaporDNA over anyone in the business. Chad & Blake take care of people. Thank you VaporDNA.

GBProducts are finally shipped - after a week! Products are finally shipped, after I reached out in email. Here is the problem with this clown shop, they literally took an order, took payment, then sat on the order for a full 7 days before shipping it out. How does that happen? If that’s normal operating procedure then I suggest selling the shop and finding something less customer focused.

CAOn 18-10-2023 I tried two different… On 18-10-2023 I tried two different times to purchase e-liquid from vapordna. It said each time that my address couldn't be validated. After the 2nd attempt without success I gave up. Shortly afterwards I checked my bank account and $266.32 was taken out of my account two different times. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by email. No phone was listed on their site. I looked up and found three different numbers but still had no success. I really just want my money back.

GBI actually had a problem with VaporDNA… I actually had a problem with VaporDNA when I placed an order and it wasn't shipping. I contacted several times over a week and a half and every time the same jerk responded with the same pasted in reply that didnt really respond to my inquiry. I was about to write this site off forever but I wrote one last email and was lucky enough to have a different agent answer it. She solved the problem but the way she solved it made me a lifetime customer. Now, everytime I order I remind them all that they owe the order to the work of the good agent. I've referred a bunch of friends here and they all rave about the service so they must have gotten rid of the jerk.
