GBI'm tired of the shipping problems I'm tired of the shipping problems. I have to pay an extra $10 for signature, yet the post office refuses to walk up to the door, even though I have made it a priority to be home when it's due. I know you don't control the post office but you are legally allowed to offer FedEx or UPS and you don't. My order is always late and I have to drive to town and wait in line at the post office for it. USPS sucks and you need to step up to get us better service options!

GBStay away they laugh about their customers First order they took almost a week to ship, apologized about the holidays bla bla bla. So I decided to give them a 2nd chance, it is almost the 2nd week and they still haven't shipped it claiming that there's "unexpectedly delay". 2 freaking weeks! Because of this I returned to smoking real cigarettes. These guys laugh about their customers and couldn't care less. They're worse than any governmental office.

GBNO ORDER NUMBER ADTER TAKING MONEY After going through the checkout and filling out all of my info and paying I recieved an error stating the address didnt match the system however money left my account and I have never had that issue before. I have recieved no confirmation email, order number or anything apart from the money leaving my account. HELP

GBNo order number adter taking money I placed an order yesterday, but when I paid, the system prompted me to recheck my bank card number. Then I re-entered it, but the payment still failed. Then I thought there was something wrong with my bank card, so I changed it again. I tried paying my credit card, but it still didn't work. When I checked my bank account today, I found 7 more payments and 2 more payments on my credit card. But I didn't receive any order confirmation number from you. I would like to ask when my money will be returned to my bank account.
