They tracked me down to make it right! Sent me something I didn’t order. I wrote a complaint in my review, then they called me several times and I finally answered and they wanted to send me what I ordered for free. I have never had a company try that many times to contact me to make me a satisfied customer. The best customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you so much.

Hadn't heard of them, very happy with order experience I recently placed an order from headshop.com. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but they were the only ones that had the item I was looking for in stock so I rolled the dice. It took a couple days to ship (per some of the negative reviews on here), but that's not a problem in my book - it's a mom & pop shop and I sell a few things on eBay so I can appreciate the fact that not everyone can offer Amazon shipping turnaround times :) They accidentally sent the wrong item, but they quickly made it right after I reached out to customer service. Very glad I gave them my business and definitely recommend!

I had my package stolen I had my package stolen. It was a huge hassle trying to deal with USPS. It was taken in a 15 minute window. I got the "package delivered" message while I was trying to deliver a package, haha talk about cutting it short. Well I went out to a, invisible, package.
