I wrote a complaint in my review, then they called me several times and I finally answered and they wanted to send me what I ordered for free. GBI had my package stolen I had my package stolen. It was a huge hassle trying to deal with USPS. It was taken in a 15 minute window. I got the "package delivered" message while I was trying to deliver a package, haha talk about cutting it short. Well I went out to a, invisible, package. I believe headshop re sent one, I ordered two, but hey one is better than none. Thanks headshop for meeting me half way.

GBMy order came packaged so well with… My order came packaged so well with caution tape around the box for extra safety so nothing was broken. Very impressed with how it arrived! Package arrived within quoted timeframe on website as well.

GBI had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait. No complaints, lets see how the new one is when it gets here.
