Newly satisfied. [UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward. I had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait.
