GBOut of stock Ordered a candle and two weeks later no notification or email or product received. When I inquired by email, product was out of stock. Received nothing to notify me before i had to make the effort and now I still have to contact them for a refund, which IMO, should have been automatic.

GBI had my package stolen I had my package stolen. It was a huge hassle trying to deal with USPS. It was taken in a 15 minute window. I got the "package delivered" message while I was trying to deliver a package, haha talk about cutting it short. Well I went out to a, invisible, package. I believe headshop re sent one, I ordered two, but hey one is better than none. Thanks headshop for meeting me half way.

GBVery low-quality glass Very low-quality glass, Bought a "Ash Catcher" the glass was so weak the inter percolating unit gave out & broke off causing all the arms to break. Never dropped it the outer glass is still perfect. Also bought a Freeze bubbler pipe, also very low-quality glass the internal percolating section self-cracked. Can't even use it.

GBAmazing shop and excellent service These guys customer support is excellent. I bought a grinder that broke in a week, they reached out to me to resolve the issue and have been nothing short of fantastic! GBHadn't heard of them, very happy with order experience I recently placed an order from headshop.com. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but they were the only ones that had the item I was looking for in stock so I rolled the dice. It took a couple days to ship (per some of the negative reviews on here), but that's not a problem in my book - it's a mom & pop shop and I sell a few things on eBay so I can appreciate the fact that not everyone can offer Amazon shipping turnaround times :) They accidentally sent the wrong item, but they quickly made it right after I reached out to customer service. Very glad I gave them my business and definitely recommend!
