Newly satisfied. [UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward. My order came packaged so well with… My order came packaged so well with caution tape around the box for extra safety so nothing was broken. Very impressed with how it arrived! Package arrived within quoted timeframe on website as well.
