Never sent my order. You all sent me a broken piece and have yet to replace. You lied saying you were sending it but left no tracking code. UPS first class mail does not take 7 days . This company customer service is unresponsive and only responds when you leave a bad review. Will never recommend this website to anyone.

Headshop is THE spot for bongs Headshop is THE spot for bongs, water pipes and percolators. Huge selection of quality craftsmanship products at reasonable prices, speedy delivery and did I mention quality. 14” 14mm beaker is my go to. I have Parkinson’s disease and often drop or knock things over. I drop this piece, no worries.

Products arrived quickly Products arrived quickly and although they came separately because of different distributors. Customer service was fast with their response and straight to the solution/answer. Only con was not knowing that they were shipped separately, but that information is likely posted on their pages if you were to be smart and read that lol. Prices are killer affordable and flower is delicious, fresh, and beautiful. So happy with this shop!

I should have read reviews before I… I should have read reviews before I ordered, silly me.l. If you want to receive product in a reasonable amount of time (less than one month) I suggest shopping elsewhere. I cancelled payment after the customer service “department” ignored two emails, that were sent one week apart, asking for a tracking number. I am unsure if the seller is dishonest or overwhelmed.
