GBDoesn't actually fit focus v carta but they made it right The product description says it fits the focus v Carta as well it does not the fit is not snug enough to fully seal With that being said I was contacted by headshop.com within 48 hours of posting this review to see what they could do to make this right they offered a full refund or anything of equal value from there site and even threw in a $20 gift card to use at my discretion weather I took the refund or got something in exchange the gift card was mine either way they went above and beyond what they needed to I would highly recommend this site

GBI had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait. No complaints, lets see how the new one is when it gets here.

GBNewly satisfied. [UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward. Closing with, Jess from the CS Team deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GBIf I could give a 0 I would If I could give a 0 I would. Basically pulled the i did not buy insurance scam and kept my money with "to bad so sad" kind of attitude. Sad to have folks like this doing business in the Ashville NC community. Find another supplier.

GBI should have read reviews before I… I should have read reviews before I ordered, silly me.l. If you want to receive product in a reasonable amount of time (less than one month) I suggest shopping elsewhere. I cancelled payment after the customer service “department” ignored two emails, that were sent one week apart, asking for a tracking number. I am unsure if the seller is dishonest or overwhelmed.
