GBI had my package stolen I had my package stolen. It was a huge hassle trying to deal with USPS. It was taken in a 15 minute window. I got the "package delivered" message while I was trying to deliver a package, haha talk about cutting it short. Well I went out to a, invisible, package. I believe headshop re sent one, I ordered two, but hey one is better than none. Thanks headshop for meeting me half way.

GBHeadshop.com Should Do Better I bought a product from the self-declared "most trusted headshop on the internet." Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The item I bought is clunky and hard to use. It seems like more of a parlor trick than what I need. This is no fault of Headshop.com since the construction seems sturdy. I have NO complaints about the manufacturing. This review is ONLY for Headshop.com. Based on my experience with my product, I would return it and buy something different. I haven't yet because Headshop's return policy is not for us customers. It's so difficult and costly that it seems like getting their customers the products that work for them doesn't really matter. That part is a huge disappointment. Also, your return policy blames the victim right at the beginning of the second paragraph "do your own research" but you don't provide videos or a credible source or anything on how these things work. I have to scour the internet and find videos and hope it gives me some idea how to use a product THEY sell and I don't know about. How could I find a product on the internet and just know that people are using it as intended? I know there are people smarter than me working this out, but I shouldn't get an expensive riddle because I THOUGHT a product would work for me. In today's sihpping culture, returns are expected. I will likely have find to a shop with a better return policy since I'm new to this and would be grateful for some grace and a customer-friendly return policy.

GBHadn't heard of them, very happy with order experience I recently placed an order from headshop.com. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but they were the only ones that had the item I was looking for in stock so I rolled the dice. It took a couple days to ship (per some of the negative reviews on here), but that's not a problem in my book - it's a mom & pop shop and I sell a few things on eBay so I can appreciate the fact that not everyone can offer Amazon shipping turnaround times :) They accidentally sent the wrong item, but they quickly made it right after I reached out to customer service. Very glad I gave them my business and definitely recommend!

GBOut of stock Ordered a candle and two weeks later no notification or email or product received. When I inquired by email, product was out of stock. Received nothing to notify me before i had to make the effort and now I still have to contact them for a refund, which IMO, should have been automatic.

GBProducts arrived quickly Products arrived quickly and although they came separately because of different distributors. Customer service was fast with their response and straight to the solution/answer. Only con was not knowing that they were shipped separately, but that information is likely posted on their pages if you were to be smart and read that lol. Prices are killer affordable and flower is delicious, fresh, and beautiful. So happy with this shop!
