If I could give a 0 I would If I could give a 0 I would. Basically pulled the i did not buy insurance scam and kept my money with "to bad so sad" kind of attitude. Sad to have folks like this doing business in the Ashville NC community. Find another supplier.

Very low-quality glass Very low-quality glass, Bought a "Ash Catcher" the glass was so weak the inter percolating unit gave out & broke off causing all the arms to break. Never dropped it the outer glass is still perfect. Also bought a Freeze bubbler pipe, also very low-quality glass the internal percolating section self-cracked. Can't even use it.

No good! I placed 2 orders and received nothing. The email said out of stock on my 2nd order right after reading the site stating it was in stock and ready to ship. On my charge card bill, I was billed for the 1st order although headshop says I was refunded. The 1st order I placed never arrived, so I checked on it only to find it was out of stock, but I was not notified until I looked into it-no notice from headshop. I will never trust this site again and have already found one that actually delivers on the product with no problems.

Newly satisfied. [UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward. Closing with, Jess from the CS Team deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait. No complaints, lets see how the new one is when it gets here.
