Hadn't heard of them, very happy with order experience I recently placed an order from headshop.com. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but they were the only ones that had the item I was looking for in stock so I rolled the dice. It took a couple days to ship (per some of the negative reviews on here), but that's not a problem in my book - it's a mom & pop shop and I sell a few things on eBay so I can appreciate the fact that not everyone can offer Amazon shipping turnaround times :) They accidentally sent the wrong item, but they quickly made it right after I reached out to customer service. Very glad I gave them my business and definitely recommend!

I bought a grinder that broke in a week, they reached out to me to resolve the issue and have been nothing short of fantastic! Out of stock Ordered a candle and two weeks later no notification or email or product received. When I inquired by email, product was out of stock. Received nothing to notify me before i had to make the effort and now I still have to contact them for a refund, which IMO, should have been automatic.

Doesn't actually fit focus v carta but they made it right The product description says it fits the focus v Carta as well it does not the fit is not snug enough to fully seal With that being said I was contacted by headshop.com within 48 hours of posting this review to see what they could do to make this right they offered a full refund or anything of equal value from there site and even threw in a $20 gift card to use at my discretion weather I took the refund or got something in exchange the gift card was mine either way they went above and beyond what they needed to I would highly recommend this site
