Never sent my order. You all sent me a broken piece and have yet to replace. You lied saying you were sending it but left no tracking code. UPS first class mail does not take 7 days . This company customer service is unresponsive and only responds when you leave a bad review. Will never recommend this website to anyone.

Headshop.com Should Do Better I bought a product from the self-declared "most trusted headshop on the internet." Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The item I bought is clunky and hard to use. It seems like more of a parlor trick than what I need. This is no fault of Headshop.com since the construction seems sturdy. I have NO complaints about the manufacturing. This review is ONLY for Headshop.com. Based on my experience with my product, I would return it and buy something different. I haven't yet because Headshop's return policy is not for us customers. It's so difficult and costly that it seems like getting their customers the products that work for them doesn't really matter. That part is a huge disappointment. Also, your return policy blames the victim right at the beginning of the second paragraph "do your own research" but you don't provide videos or a credible source or anything on how these things work. I have to scour the internet and find videos and hope it gives me some idea how to use a product THEY sell and I don't know about. How could I find a product on the internet and just know that people are using it as intended? I know there are people smarter than me working this out, but I shouldn't get an expensive riddle because I THOUGHT a product would work for me. In today's sihpping culture, returns are expected. I will likely have find to a shop with a better return policy since I'm new to this and would be grateful for some grace and a customer-friendly return policy.

Doesn't actually fit focus v carta but they made it right The product description says it fits the focus v Carta as well it does not the fit is not snug enough to fully seal With that being said I was contacted by headshop.com within 48 hours of posting this review to see what they could do to make this right they offered a full refund or anything of equal value from there site and even threw in a $20 gift card to use at my discretion weather I took the refund or got something in exchange the gift card was mine either way they went above and beyond what they needed to I would highly recommend this site

Newly satisfied. [UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward.
