I had my package stolen I had my package stolen. It was a huge hassle trying to deal with USPS. It was taken in a 15 minute window. I got the "package delivered" message while I was trying to deliver a package, haha talk about cutting it short. Well I went out to a, invisible, package. I believe headshop re sent one, I ordered two, but hey one is better than none. Thanks headshop for meeting me half way.

They tracked me down to make it right! Sent me something I didn’t order. I wrote a complaint in my review, then they called me several times and I finally answered and they wanted to send me what I ordered for free. I have never had a company try that many times to contact me to make me a satisfied customer. The best customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you so much.

Amazing shop and excellent service These guys customer support is excellent. I bought a grinder that broke in a week, they reached out to me to resolve the issue and have been nothing short of fantastic! I should have read reviews before I… I should have read reviews before I ordered, silly me.l. If you want to receive product in a reasonable amount of time (less than one month) I suggest shopping elsewhere. I cancelled payment after the customer service “department” ignored two emails, that were sent one week apart, asking for a tracking number. I am unsure if the seller is dishonest or overwhelmed.
