If you want to receive product in a reasonable amount of time (less than one month) I suggest shopping elsewhere. I cancelled payment after the customer service “department” ignored two emails, that were sent one week apart, asking for a tracking number. I am unsure if the seller is dishonest or overwhelmed.

Stoner friends loved gifts Bought a few items for my friends. Grinder, glass bowls, replacement lighters for the ones they are always misplacing. They loved it all. Everyone is happy. Great communication from Headshop regarding shipping.

Amazing shop and excellent service These guys customer support is excellent. I bought a grinder that broke in a week, they reached out to me to resolve the issue and have been nothing short of fantastic! Never sent my order. You all sent me a broken piece and have yet to replace. You lied saying you were sending it but left no tracking code. UPS first class mail does not take 7 days . This company customer service is unresponsive and only responds when you leave a bad review. Will never recommend this website to anyone.
