I had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward. Customer service was fast with their response and straight to the solution/answer. Only con was not knowing that they were shipped separately, but that information is likely posted on their pages if you were to be smart and read that lol. Never sent my order. You all sent me a broken piece and have yet to replace. You lied saying you were sending it but left no tracking code. UPS first class mail does not take 7 days . This company customer service is unresponsive and only responds when you leave a bad review. Will never recommend this website to anyone.

They tracked me down to make it right! Sent me something I didn’t order. I wrote a complaint in my review, then they called me several times and I finally answered and they wanted to send me what I ordered for free. I have never had a company try that many times to contact me to make me a satisfied customer. The best customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you so much.
