This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. Never sent my order. You all sent me a broken piece and have yet to replace. You lied saying you were sending it but left no tracking code. UPS first class mail does not take 7 days . This company customer service is unresponsive and only responds when you leave a bad review. Will never recommend this website to anyone.
