Amazing shop and excellent service These guys customer support is excellent. I bought a grinder that broke in a week, they reached out to me to resolve the issue and have been nothing short of fantastic! No good! I placed 2 orders and received nothing. The email said out of stock on my 2nd order right after reading the site stating it was in stock and ready to ship. On my charge card bill, I was billed for the 1st order although headshop says I was refunded. The 1st order I placed never arrived, so I checked on it only to find it was out of stock, but I was not notified until I looked into it-no notice from headshop. I will never trust this site again and have already found one that actually delivers on the product with no problems.

I had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait. No complaints, lets see how the new one is when it gets here.

They tracked me down to make it right! Sent me something I didn’t order. I wrote a complaint in my review, then they called me several times and I finally answered and they wanted to send me what I ordered for free. I have never had a company try that many times to contact me to make me a satisfied customer. The best customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you so much.

Doesn't actually fit focus v carta but they made it right The product description says it fits the focus v Carta as well it does not the fit is not snug enough to fully seal With that being said I was contacted by headshop.com within 48 hours of posting this review to see what they could do to make this right they offered a full refund or anything of equal value from there site and even threw in a $20 gift card to use at my discretion weather I took the refund or got something in exchange the gift card was mine either way they went above and beyond what they needed to I would highly recommend this site
