I got the "package delivered" message while I was trying to deliver a package, haha talk about cutting it short. Well I went out to a, invisible, package. I had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait.
