I had my package stolen I had my package stolen. It was a huge hassle trying to deal with USPS. It was taken in a 15 minute window. Out of stock Ordered a candle and two weeks later no notification or email or product received. When I inquired by email, product was out of stock. Received nothing to notify me before i had to make the effort and now I still have to contact them for a refund, which IMO, should have been automatic.
