GBNo good! I placed 2 orders and received nothing. The email said out of stock on my 2nd order right after reading the site stating it was in stock and ready to ship. On my charge card bill, I was billed for the 1st order although headshop says I was refunded. The 1st order I placed never arrived, so I checked on it only to find it was out of stock, but I was not notified until I looked into it-no notice from headshop. I will never trust this site again and have already found one that actually delivers on the product with no problems.

GBHadn't heard of them, very happy with order experience I recently placed an order from headshop.com. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but they were the only ones that had the item I was looking for in stock so I rolled the dice. It took a couple days to ship (per some of the negative reviews on here), but that's not a problem in my book - it's a mom & pop shop and I sell a few things on eBay so I can appreciate the fact that not everyone can offer Amazon shipping turnaround times :) They accidentally sent the wrong item, but they quickly made it right after I reached out to customer service. Very glad I gave them my business and definitely recommend!

GBOut of stock Ordered a candle and two weeks later no notification or email or product received. When I inquired by email, product was out of stock. Received nothing to notify me before i had to make the effort and now I still have to contact them for a refund, which IMO, should have been automatic.

GBNewly satisfied. [UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward. GBI should have read reviews before I… I should have read reviews before I ordered, silly me.l. If you want to receive product in a reasonable amount of time (less than one month) I suggest shopping elsewhere. I cancelled payment after the customer service “department” ignored two emails, that were sent one week apart, asking for a tracking number. I am unsure if the seller is dishonest or overwhelmed.
