Bought three Slim Heat units Bought three Slim Heat units, took about 2 weeks to ship from the US to Canada. 35 dollars a unit which is quite cheap considering what these can do. Large battery, pre-heating function for vaping thick honey oils (the reason I bought the unit in the first place) and small comfortable form and ease of use means I've very satisfied with my purchase and experience dealing with this company. 2 month later edit: Sadly, of the three units I purchased, 2 of them have already stopped working (button broke on one, the other stopped charging). While I really like what the product does, but unfortunately it seems like there is an issue with build quality. Hopefully they fix that in the future because as it stands I can only give the product a 3/5 rating.

Amazing customer service! Great vapor company! Love the juice flavors! I never have issues with slow delivery, or bad product. The one occasion there was a problem, they answered my email immediately & resolved the issue by replacing my entire order! Great customer service A+ !!

Second time ordering and they always… Second time ordering and they always throw in a few extra flavors to try! I order by the case and have yet to open a “leaky” one like I am used to getting at stores! I had to resort to ordering online because my local store that did sell them told me that they would no longer be making the summer menthol. Not true. The shipping is always super fast! All in all, the entire experience exceeded my expectations! 😍😍

I purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango… I purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango (vaportech) and none of them in each box worked. Mind you I purchase these all the time from Quicktrip never had problem. Quick trip said I had to contact the vendor to get replacement. I call them and they said they won't replace them because I did not have the receipt which is crazy about who gets receipts nowadays. Furthermore, they took my ID and scanned it so they know I buy them there all the time since they like to track that stuff. MAKES me so mad. Bad business practices and furthermore the lady on the phone was rude. NEVER will I purchase from this company again they lost my business.
