There are some definite issues with a… There are some definite issues with a couple of areas of your company. I’ve had multiple issues with leaking vapes, burnt tasting vapes, one vape I opened was actually melted from the inside out. I emailed pictures of it and one of the vapes that I opened that was covered in vape juice. I have received replacements for some of them after multiple emails to you folks. Your shipping procedures are awful, the vapes never get delivered by the dates that are said and there are no shipping options. The website is so unfriendly to users. The vapes are good when you actually get one that works right.
