Bad Business Purchased cube dispos at Champs. No where close to 3k puffs. Told the rep we no longer wanted to do business as a result of the poor quality devices, but yet we receive calls multiple times a week trying to sell us on new products. I have asked NICELY numerous times, and today after calling TWICE, I let JARED know that this is TERRIBLE business, and I will be letting everyone know in the B2B group.

They fixed the one issue I had Good product but 3 out of the 9 individual vapo leaked out in the package and if makes contact with skin/mouth it leaves a burning feeling. Update: I emailed them informing what happened and they sent out replacements a long with an additional package. Thank you!

I have been a customer since January of… I have been a customer since January of 2016 and order products several times a year. They have always shipped my order ASAP, answered any questions I've had when I've called and they have always made me feel like they appreciate my business. Try their strawberry burst some time, it's my favorite!

Beyond the Call of Duty The speed of all services provided were beyond the call of duty. Living in Hawaii when we see "2-day delivery" we expect it in a week or more. Two working days after ordering, my nervousness caused me to email a request for a "Tracking Number." Imagine my shock when the answer came back, Your order is out for delivery and a very few minutes later your ordered has been delivered. I still had my nightgown on! Second time ordering and they always… Second time ordering and they always throw in a few extra flavors to try! I order by the case and have yet to open a “leaky” one like I am used to getting at stores! I had to resort to ordering online because my local store that did sell them told me that they would no longer be making the summer menthol. Not true. The shipping is always super fast! All in all, the entire experience exceeded my expectations! 😍😍
