I never got an email confirmation so a week later I called the company because my credit card had been charged. They told me the product was in back order and they should receive it soon. I had them issue a refund. Disappointed because I was really wanting to try this product

The dang thing wasn't charged out of… The dang thing wasn't charged out of the box.normaly nat a problem if I would have got it my self but I had someone pick it up for me so I couldn't check it right away. Really sad for my first time getting the vapomaxx. I'll just stick with swft or elfbar science they are rechargeable.

Great vapes! Very happy customer Great disposable vapes! Great flavors, not harsh. Lasts up to 3 days if not constantly vaping. Their lanyard to hold the Vape is great. They usually put a single different flavor for you to try so you feel like you're getting your money's worth ordering the 3-pack. As a smoker doesn't make me feel like I still need a cigarette. This is the first time I've tried to… This is the first time I've tried to vape dry herbs ... so, I found the Herbster dry kit online. The VaporTech folks were SO nice about the order and everything was fast and easy. I'm following instructions, but it's evident I'm not doing something right. Sometimes it works really well; other times, not so good. I'm sure it's MY problem. The VaporTech folks told me to contact them if I had a problem or questions and that's exactly what I'll do. I'm absolutely sure the issue will be resolved because VaporTech customer service is top notch. Too bad I can't say that about other companies.
