This is the first time I've tried to… This is the first time I've tried to vape dry herbs ... so, I found the Herbster dry kit online. The VaporTech folks were SO nice about the order and everything was fast and easy. I'm following instructions, but it's evident I'm not doing something right. Sometimes it works really well; other times, not so good. I'm sure it's MY problem. The VaporTech folks told me to contact them if I had a problem or questions and that's exactly what I'll do. I'm absolutely sure the issue will be resolved because VaporTech customer service is top notch. Too bad I can't say that about other companies.

I have been a customer since January of… I have been a customer since January of 2016 and order products several times a year. They have always shipped my order ASAP, answered any questions I've had when I've called and they have always made me feel like they appreciate my business. Try their strawberry burst some time, it's my favorite!

Beyond the Call of Duty The speed of all services provided were beyond the call of duty. Living in Hawaii when we see "2-day delivery" we expect it in a week or more. Two working days after ordering, my nervousness caused me to email a request for a "Tracking Number." Imagine my shock when the answer came back, Your order is out for delivery and a very few minutes later your ordered has been delivered. I still had my nightgown on! They fixed the one issue I had Good product but 3 out of the 9 individual vapo leaked out in the package and if makes contact with skin/mouth it leaves a burning feeling. Update: I emailed them informing what happened and they sent out replacements a long with an additional package. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! Great vapor company! Love the juice flavors! I never have issues with slow delivery, or bad product. The one occasion there was a problem, they answered my email immediately & resolved the issue by replacing my entire order! Great customer service A+ !!
