Worse customer service if any of all… Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies. I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them . It’s been 10 days since the order. Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

They not only made it right but went above and beyond to where I almost blushed. Great service. quality guaranty ridiculously low pricing free shipping and just all around great experience.
