GBLets start with the good Lets start with the good, there prices are very competitive and they have a good selection. Now t bad part, for one they cant keep the cigars I like in stock , out for now more then 3 month. Till last month they offered that if you order before 2 PM EST it will ship the same day. Did not happen and even worse my cigars where stuck in USPS container for almost a week. Now i placed another order and got confirmation that it was shipped. Checking tracking number it says it was cancelled. When ask they say it wqs shipped but they dont have any info on new tracking number. Rep talked too has attitude with nothing to backup claim other "in my expirience". Not sure what happened but this place whent from great to just plain bad

GBabsolutely ridiculous customer service absolutely ridiculous customer service. Had a few issues with some cigars shipped to me. stuff happens. They not only made it right but went above and beyond to where I almost blushed. Great service. quality guaranty ridiculously low pricing free shipping and just all around great experience. Truly the cigar afficionado's best kept online secret. just don't tell everyone I don't need my go to online cigar vendor blowing up just yet..shhhh!

AUOutstanding Customer Service:- Outstanding Customer Service:- I placed an order that required international shipping. The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week, it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing. I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. Cigar Place, in my opinion really look after their customers.

CANot shopping here ever again Bought a box of cigars online in April. Took over 1 month for the cigars to arrive in Canada. The duty fee was literally double the cost off of the box of cigars. Of course I never accepted the package, and cigarplace.biz hit me with the 20% stocking fee. Understanding this is a harsh reality and that customer service did absolutely nothing to help keep my business in any way.

When I contact them they say it must be in customs and they leave it up to you to chase up ? I own a small online business and I AM 4.9 star that's because I chase up any issues for my customers and don't fob them off with YOU need to chase up Your answer is not acceptable as your company needs to find a service that is track able/traceable for your dwindling customer base as this is what I had to do as I also have an online company so please no more excuses, the customers need results I don't believe it you guys are still making excuses don't you wonder why you are a miserable 3 star rating you should be embarrassed with this below average score are you not
