Not shopping here ever again Bought a box of cigars online in April. Took over 1 month for the cigars to arrive in Canada. The duty fee was literally double the cost off of the box of cigars. Of course I never accepted the package, and cigarplace.biz hit me with the 20% stocking fee. Understanding this is a harsh reality and that customer service did absolutely nothing to help keep my business in any way.

CigarPlace…solid since '07 Been doing business with CigarPlace since 2007. Never had an issue left unresolved or left me unsatisfied. To be honest they and one other joint have been my go to for sticks online.

Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!
