Great overseas service Just received my latest batch of stogies and I’m looking forward to sparking up once they recover from jet lag. Despite the UK government charging almost twice the cost of the cigars (in tax and duty), it is still financially beneficial for me to use Cigar Place. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE I ordered a cigar from CIGAR PLACE that was out of stock with the company I usually buy from. I placed my order before 11AM and recieved my order the next day! The price was the same as where I'am usually buying cigars, however the speed of my order excution was mind blowing. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

Excellent service and support This was my first time ordering from "cigar-place". The service was excellent. I had an issue with the order and the guys from the support were very helpful and professional in resolving it. The cigars arrived in time and perfectly packaged with boveda 69% hum. packs. Dont waste your time, horrible service. Dont waste your time. I think I have dealt with the rudest customer service person ever today, Cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Update: Yea that reason is ridiculous. And won’t be back. Been ordering from your competitors without problem.
