GBWorse customer service if any of all… Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies. I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them . It’s been 10 days since the order. Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

GBDo not trust them if your a UK buyer Do not trust them if your a UK buyer. I got charged over 400% of what the cigars cost by customs. They could not fill in a simple form for the over priced international shipping cost. Avoid them, absolutely useless.

GBGreat overseas service Just received my latest batch of stogies and I’m looking forward to sparking up once they recover from jet lag. Despite the UK government charging almost twice the cost of the cigars (in tax and duty), it is still financially beneficial for me to use Cigar Place. The speed of delivery, quality of packaging and, above all, quality of cigars is fantastic. Here’s to the next order.

GB2 cigar refund policy is a joke 2 cigar refund policy is a joke. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to rep. was told keep cigars in my humidor to refresh as they arrived bone dry.still waiting on prepaid return postage.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
