WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE I ordered a cigar from CIGAR PLACE that was out of stock with the company I usually buy from. I placed my order before 11AM and recieved my order the next day! The price was the same as where I'am usually buying cigars, however the speed of my order excution was mind blowing. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

CigarPlace…solid since '07 Been doing business with CigarPlace since 2007. Never had an issue left unresolved or left me unsatisfied. To be honest they and one other joint have been my go to for sticks online.

Outstanding Customer Service:- Outstanding Customer Service:- I placed an order that required international shipping. The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week, it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing. I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. Cigar Place, in my opinion really look after their customers.

Multiple orders no issues! I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.
