Not shopping here ever again Bought a box of cigars online in April. Took over 1 month for the cigars to arrive in Canada. The duty fee was literally double the cost off of the box of cigars. Of course I never accepted the package, and cigarplace.biz hit me with the 20% stocking fee. Understanding this is a harsh reality and that customer service did absolutely nothing to help keep my business in any way.

Fast shipping Fast shipping, sometimes free and/or $1, friendly customer service and competitive prices. I think that says it all. What more could you ask for.... sure works for me folks.

Fantastic customer service Ordered from the UK on Jan 26 and took delivery on Feb 8. Can’t fault Cigar place on service. Will rest my new arrivals in a humidor for a week or two to help them get over their international travel and then write another review on quality (which I’m sure will be as good as last time). Great overseas service Just received my latest batch of stogies and I’m looking forward to sparking up once they recover from jet lag. Despite the UK government charging almost twice the cost of the cigars (in tax and duty), it is still financially beneficial for me to use Cigar Place. The speed of delivery, quality of packaging and, above all, quality of cigars is fantastic. Here’s to the next order.
