The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week, it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing. I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. Cigar Place, in my opinion really look after their customers.

Excellent service and support This was my first time ordering from "cigar-place". The service was excellent. I had an issue with the order and the guys from the support were very helpful and professional in resolving it. The cigars arrived in time and perfectly packaged with boveda 69% hum. packs. absolutely ridiculous customer service absolutely ridiculous customer service. Had a few issues with some cigars shipped to me. stuff happens. They not only made it right but went above and beyond to where I almost blushed. Great service. quality guaranty ridiculously low pricing free shipping and just all around great experience. Truly the cigar afficionado's best kept online secret. just don't tell everyone I don't need my go to online cigar vendor blowing up just yet..shhhh!

Do not trust them if your a UK buyer Do not trust them if your a UK buyer. I got charged over 400% of what the cigars cost by customs. They could not fill in a simple form for the over priced international shipping cost. Avoid them, absolutely useless.
