GBabsolutely ridiculous customer service absolutely ridiculous customer service. Had a few issues with some cigars shipped to me. stuff happens. They not only made it right but went above and beyond to where I almost blushed. Great service. quality guaranty ridiculously low pricing free shipping and just all around great experience. Truly the cigar afficionado's best kept online secret. just don't tell everyone I don't need my go to online cigar vendor blowing up just yet..shhhh!

GBCustomer: Satisfied! First, Cigar Palace had the cigar that I want, the San Lotano AJ Fernandez 60-ring gauge. Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!

GBWorse customer service if any of all… Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies. I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them . It’s been 10 days since the order. Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

GB2 cigar refund policy is a joke 2 cigar refund policy is a joke. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to rep. was told keep cigars in my humidor to refresh as they arrived bone dry.still waiting on prepaid return postage.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
