Multiple orders no issues! I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.

I own a small online business and I AM 4.9 star that's because I chase up any issues for my customers and don't fob them off with YOU need to chase up Your answer is not acceptable as your company needs to find a service that is track able/traceable for your dwindling customer base as this is what I had to do as I also have an online company so please no more excuses, the customers need results I don't believe it you guys are still making excuses don't you wonder why you are a miserable 3 star rating you should be embarrassed with this below average score are you not

CigarPlace…solid since '07 Been doing business with CigarPlace since 2007. Never had an issue left unresolved or left me unsatisfied. To be honest they and one other joint have been my go to for sticks online.
