I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. Cigar Place, in my opinion really look after their customers.
