GRExcellent service and support This was my first time ordering from "cigar-place". The service was excellent. I had an issue with the order and the guys from the support were very helpful and professional in resolving it. The cigars arrived in time and perfectly packaged with boveda 69% hum. packs. For the time being, I ma resting my cigars in my humidor and can't wait till I smoke em. I will definitely order again! Cheers!

GBWorse customer service if any of all… Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies. I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them . It’s been 10 days since the order. Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

GB2 cigar refund policy is a joke 2 cigar refund policy is a joke. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to rep. was told keep cigars in my humidor to refresh as they arrived bone dry.still waiting on prepaid return postage.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

GBFantastic customer service Ordered from the UK on Jan 26 and took delivery on Feb 8. Can’t fault Cigar place on service. Will rest my new arrivals in a humidor for a week or two to help them get over their international travel and then write another review on quality (which I’m sure will be as good as last time). Keep up the excellent customer service guys and thank you.

GBMultiple orders no issues! I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.
