Multiple orders no issues! I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.

Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!

Worse customer service if any of all… Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies. I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them . It’s been 10 days since the order. Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

CigarPlace…solid since '07 Been doing business with CigarPlace since 2007. Never had an issue left unresolved or left me unsatisfied. To be honest they and one other joint have been my go to for sticks online.
