They not only made it right but went above and beyond to where I almost blushed. Great service. quality guaranty ridiculously low pricing free shipping and just all around great experience. Truly the cigar afficionado's best kept online secret. just don't tell everyone I don't need my go to online cigar vendor blowing up just yet..shhhh!

Multiple orders no issues! I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.

Fantastic customer service Ordered from the UK on Jan 26 and took delivery on Feb 8. Can’t fault Cigar place on service. Will rest my new arrivals in a humidor for a week or two to help them get over their international travel and then write another review on quality (which I’m sure will be as good as last time). Excellent service and support This was my first time ordering from "cigar-place". The service was excellent.
