Excellent service and support This was my first time ordering from "cigar-place". The service was excellent. I had an issue with the order and the guys from the support were very helpful and professional in resolving it. The cigars arrived in time and perfectly packaged with boveda 69% hum. packs. Customer: Satisfied! First, Cigar Palace had the cigar that I want, the San Lotano AJ Fernandez 60-ring gauge. Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!

The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week, it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing. I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. Cigar Place, in my opinion really look after their customers.
