I had an issue with the order and the guys from the support were very helpful and professional in resolving it. The cigars arrived in time and perfectly packaged with boveda 69% hum. packs. Multiple orders no issues! I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.
