Fantastic customer service Ordered from the UK on Jan 26 and took delivery on Feb 8. Can’t fault Cigar place on service. Will rest my new arrivals in a humidor for a week or two to help them get over their international travel and then write another review on quality (which I’m sure will be as good as last time). Customer: Satisfied! First, Cigar Palace had the cigar that I want, the San Lotano AJ Fernandez 60-ring gauge. Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!
