Great overseas service Just received my latest batch of stogies and I’m looking forward to sparking up once they recover from jet lag. Despite the UK government charging almost twice the cost of the cigars (in tax and duty), it is still financially beneficial for me to use Cigar Place. Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!

The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week, it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing. I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. Cigar Place, in my opinion really look after their customers.
