This test was the answer we were… This test was the answer we were looking for! It took a little longer to get the results than I had anticipated, but I did not realized that our sample went to a central place in the US and then shipped to the lab. Once the sample was received at the lab, our results were available within 48 hours. We had searched and searched for something to give us answers as to why our dog was losing her hair and her skin was so inflamed. This test was our answer and we were able to remove the food from her diet that she tested highly reactive to and she is improving each day! We are so thankful we found this reasonable option!!

CARING PROMPT RESPONSE I was truly desperate. Our Ralphie came to be part of our family about six months ago. He was not socialized & reacted poorly to my friends & other dogs. The worst of it he seemed to have severe allergies which were unknown to me. I tried doing research on my own & started cooking hypoallergenic veterinary recommended meals at home. It didn't seem to make any difference. Continuing my search I came across your organization through Amazon. After ordering the test I sent it in expecting nothing much. To my surprise you responded & followed through as promised. Upon receiving the results I was unsure what some of it meant. So I wrote & within hours I heard from Chloe. She was very thorough in her explanation making it possible for me to use the information showing me what would work. I can't thank her enough for her efficiency & caring. I was surprised to find out that different allergies needed to be detected using both hair samples and a blood sample. In reading your report I started to eliminate her foods that I thought could be affecting her. So hopefully I can isolate her foods which are causing her symptoms. Thank you again.
