GBIt said in the explanation AFTER I got… It said in the explanation AFTER I got my results that the test was not for allergies and that people get that confused. I wish that I was told that at the beginning because the results didn't tell me a thing. I need to know what foods or environmental things are affecting my dog. I feel I just wasted 50 bucks.

GBUnfortunately the timeframe it takes is… Unfortunately the timeframe it takes is disappointing to me. I would have spent the additional money for the other tests that take less time……”2-3 weeks to get to THE LAB, after arriving at the address provided.”

GBNot what I expected Out of all the things tested, my dog only Had sensitivities to the foods that were in his dog food of two years and yet, every time I feed him chicken he literally tries to chew his feet off. The test didn't catch anything about chicken. I don't think the test was very accurate and I'm back to square one with trying to find out why he chews his paws and has red teary eyes all the time. I changed his food, his water and don't even let him go potty in the grass now and nothing has worked. I think it was mostly a waste of $40.

GBVery impressed by the customer service… Very impressed by the customer service response time and patience while I decided to email at least 5 times to keep checking the status. Also very helpful staff. Chloe helped me understand the portion of the tests that I was unsure about and gave a clear answer. Great team here! Report was also very thorough!

GBI originally purchased two test for two… I originally purchased two test for two dogs. When results returned, I felt they had gotten switched because one dog is dealing with food allergies that affect his coat. The other is not but the test showed the dog with no allergies had the most sensitivities. I bought another test and tested the known allergy dog and the results returned not matching either of the previous tests. I feel as if the results aren’t true and show random sensitivities.
