Great Customer Service I didn’t realize how long it takes to get from the sender to the lab and worried that there was something wrong on the USPS end. I emailed customer service and in less than 15 minutes I received a response from Chloe, explaining the process. I appreciated the prompt help and explanation. I was very happy with the report I received. There were many food sensitivities that came back and some were the main ingredients in my dog’s food and treats.

Quick and thorough results Company was very thorough with results and explained the testing well and once sample was received it was turned around very quickly! My only suggestion would be maybe to include what some of the additives and minerals etc might be commonly found in [dog food, insect repellent, etc]

Fantastic service Fantastic service! It was SO EASY to take and send back a sample, and the results came in within just a few days! It was really interesting as well... Not at all what I expected my old girl, Rosy's, sensitivities to be!! But now I know I can remove these things from her diet... And hopefully give that Eosinophilic Granuloma a chance to heal!! Shady It felt deceptive, first because the (U.S.) website really makes it sound like you will have your result days after you mail it and it is intentional that nowhere on the website does it indicate the additional 3 weeks of time it will take for your results to make it from Houston to the UK. It is intentional that there is no mention of the UK. It felt very odd calling and hearing a recording of a person with an English accent and then have the call answered by the same person. It felt like a small business with little credibility. I almost felt like the accent was fake, too, sorry. So after talking to someone and finding out about the shady lack of mention about an additional 3 weeks, I started reading reviews and regretted buying these tests. The test results surprisingly came days after talking to the person and now I don’t even know if I can trust them. I wasted $90 on two tests and $10 on tracked mail as recommended by the company.
