CARING PROMPT RESPONSE I was truly desperate. Our Ralphie came to be part of our family about six months ago. He was not socialized & reacted poorly to my friends & other dogs. The worst of it he seemed to have severe allergies which were unknown to me. I tried doing research on my own & started cooking hypoallergenic veterinary recommended meals at home. It didn't seem to make any difference. Continuing my search I came across your organization through Amazon. After ordering the test I sent it in expecting nothing much. To my surprise you responded & followed through as promised. Upon receiving the results I was unsure what some of it meant. So I wrote & within hours I heard from Chloe. She was very thorough in her explanation making it possible for me to use the information showing me what would work. I can't thank her enough for her efficiency & caring. Quick and thorough results Company was very thorough with results and explained the testing well and once sample was received it was turned around very quickly! My only suggestion would be maybe to include what some of the additives and minerals etc might be commonly found in [dog food, insect repellent, etc]

What I was hoping Everything was very smooth and My Pet Sensitivity answered my questions about my pet. If changing his food doesn't help, I will take the report to o our vet and review with her.

I originally purchased two test for two… I originally purchased two test for two dogs. When results returned, I felt they had gotten switched because one dog is dealing with food allergies that affect his coat. The other is not but the test showed the dog with no allergies had the most sensitivities. I bought another test and tested the known allergy dog and the results returned not matching either of the previous tests. I feel as if the results aren’t true and show random sensitivities.
