Quick and thorough results Company was very thorough with results and explained the testing well and once sample was received it was turned around very quickly! My only suggestion would be maybe to include what some of the additives and minerals etc might be commonly found in [dog food, insect repellent, etc]

Sensitivity Test The ease of this test is great.Within a week I had results. My female frenchie had been suffering with ear infections monthly, cut out all the items advised and she is a different dog ,so grateful to have her happy 😊

It said in the explanation AFTER I got… It said in the explanation AFTER I got my results that the test was not for allergies and that people get that confused. I wish that I was told that at the beginning because the results didn't tell me a thing. I need to know what foods or environmental things are affecting my dog. I feel I just wasted 50 bucks.

Great Customer Service I didn’t realize how long it takes to get from the sender to the lab and worried that there was something wrong on the USPS end. I emailed customer service and in less than 15 minutes I received a response from Chloe, explaining the process. I appreciated the prompt help and explanation. I was very happy with the report I received. There were many food sensitivities that came back and some were the main ingredients in my dog’s food and treats.

CARING PROMPT RESPONSE I was truly desperate. Our Ralphie came to be part of our family about six months ago. He was not socialized & reacted poorly to my friends & other dogs. The worst of it he seemed to have severe allergies which were unknown to me. I tried doing research on my own & started cooking hypoallergenic veterinary recommended meals at home.
