I had a problem with my second order but they answered back to my email in less the an hour. They also fixed my order and they also let me keep the wrong items I got from them. GBBought a battery Bought a battery, it broke , paid for a replacement and upgrade they sent it to my old address (which I never gave them and not the one I gave the agent who gave me the return authorization) contacted them and they treated it like it was my fault. There are tons of vape companies, I suggest you spend your money there not here

GBstopped working after 45 days. stopped working after 45 days. After reading other reviews, I will not be asking for an replacement, I've already thrown it in the trash. Just a waist of your hard earned dollars.

GBBest in the industry Best in the industry. Had my FLIP ULTRA for a few solid months, went to replace it and shipped it off. Seems most people complain or are upset because there is a shipping and handling charges to replace it. Seemed worth it to me.

CAI had a complaint about the pens coming… I had a complaint about the pens coming broken …. They sent me 4 new pens within 3 days ! I appreciate the fast service and that my concerns were actually listen too ! Thanks May ! So happy with this company !
