GBOnly the best for me This is a good company I have had problems with my vape pen they have a lot of questions because maybe they can help you fix it before you have to send it back or they just want to make sure that it's broken whatever the reason after you answer the few questions they will send you a new one I've had to do it twice now but I bought two pens because they're amazing and I love them just have a little patience with these people and trust me everything will work out just fine this is a good company their products are amazing I smoke over a gram a day and this pen holds up perfectly for me the flip one
