You receive what they want to send. As a family of vets, we're truly appalled at the level of unprofessionalism, candor and honesty afforded these consumers. Run don't walk away from these people. You don't deserve behavior like this especially for your hard-earned dollars. It's 2022, who in GODS name acts like this. Can't always be about getting over on customers. It'll happen to you.

GBBest in the industry Best in the industry. Had my FLIP ULTRA for a few solid months, went to replace it and shipped it off. Seems most people complain or are upset because there is a shipping and handling charges to replace it. Seemed worth it to me.
