GBBEWARE Deceiving sellers … Deceiving sellers who intentionally blame everyone but their own products. Beware buyers. You'll never get what you return under their sham warranty. You receive what they want to send. As a family of vets, we're truly appalled at the level of unprofessionalism, candor and honesty afforded these consumers. Run don't walk away from these people. You don't deserve behavior like this especially for your hard-earned dollars. It's 2022, who in GODS name acts like this. Can't always be about getting over on customers. It'll happen to you.

GBDon't waste your time or money Purchased a few of these for a family member a little over a year ago. They had a sale, so I picked up 4 of them at one time. They used two of them for about 9 months or so until the first one failed. After that they opened a new one still in plastic and it was DOA. Thought nothing of it and moved to the last unit and that one did work. Threw the DOA unit in the drawer to deal with later. Fast forward a few months now that the other two units stopped working, I emailed the company and received a response from their "customer service" I use that term loosely because they are REALLY bad at customer service. So, for those still reading this. We now have 3 dead units, and one was never even used. Customer service said that we would need to send the units in and pay 15 dollars each to have them RMAed. I did this with two of the three units. They received the faulty units and promptly cashed my check. When the two RMA units arrived, one worked and the other didn't. Customer service asked me to send a video of the non-working RMA unit and the DOA unit from the previous order.... almost like they didn't believe me. Once they had the videos of the units not powering on they sent me an RMA for the new RMA and a label and packing to return the DOA unit and the faulty RMA unit. A little over two weeks go by and I reached out several times. I was told this morning I would need to now pay another 15-dollar fee for another RMA for a unit that never worked out of the box. This to me seems a bit ridiculous because they clearly have a known quality control issue. Why have me send the unit back and not RMA it? Assuming they plan on refurbishing it and selling it as a new unit all while keeping the money I paid for it. This to me is unethical and I will not be supporting this company in the future. The product itself isn't bad but the issues and customer service make this a 0-star experience for me.

GBhappy custee i ordered the nano and 5 white ceramic carts. came in a matter of days....i accidently wrote a bad nasty review because i jumped the gun. there was a problem and i thought i got scammed....i didnt. was a screw up because of holiday.....not company. beyony eased. will orded again. thanks for the great service......Rusty

GBstopped working after 45 days. stopped working after 45 days. After reading other reviews, I will not be asking for an replacement, I've already thrown it in the trash. Just a waist of your hard earned dollars.

GBThey are a great company They are a great company. I have order twice from them and they shipped my items out very fast. I had a problem with my second order but they answered back to my email in less the an hour. They also fixed my order and they also let me keep the wrong items I got from them. Best company to buy cartridges With out a doubt.
