Poor Customer Service Package was damaged and returned to sender. I understand things happen and was not in a rush to receive the order. My emails were unreplied to so I finally called to ask when the package would be re-sent. Was told it was already re-sent so I asked for tracking information and none was provided. Called back and was told my package would be sent out that day, after I was previously told it had already gone out. My subsequent calls were ignored so I sent an email threatening to file a chargeback with my credit card company if I was not provided with the tracking information. Shortly after the email was sent a refund was provided immediately. Customer service was disappointing!

I have ordered thousands of dollars… I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of items from them multiple times. The first 2 or 3 orders went smooth and fine. The most recent orders have been awful. The items take over a week to even ship from them even if you pay for the 4 day shipping. The products are not even in stock half the time but their website says differently. The customer service does not much of an understanding to the urgency of people getting there items. If you need your items on time this is not the place to ever order from.

"refund" but no money back Everything is cool and the package is on the way. However I received an email saying that some of the things I purchased were refunded. That's fine I'm not upset. My problem is that i didn't get the money back on my credit card. I believe it was 75$. As long as I get my money back and the package comes in with everything else I ordered then there is no issue. I will continue buying. I already sent a message on customer service but I have not received a reply so I'm just reaching out on here in hopes my issue can be addressed. Furthermore, a lot of the stuff I want to buy is out of stock and I'm wondering when it will be back in stock. Thanks!
