This is my third or fourth order This is my third or fourth order. The products are fine; but, the customer service is not. I was sent wrong invoice information for my order over a week ago; after paying for four days shipping costs. Order number given for my unfilled order was delivered to an address on the other side of the nation. To date, no follow up or clarification for resolving these issues has been made. Unhappy with lack of follow through and level of communication regarding the matter.

Too many issues. Too many issues right after the order. Charge the entire order but out of stock on too many items every single time. Issues with refunds. Issues with shipping. Great prices, efficient website, but at my 3rd or 4th order there r still to many issues.
