USCustomer Service is non existent but orders do work Everything works fine until you go to contact customer service. I’ve made 3 orders from Vapeinthebox. Shipping was a little slow but I can accept that as long as the package is on its way. 3/3 orders were delivered with everything I order in the box(as long as they had it in stock) however with my last order I wanted to cancel it right after I placed the order. This is where the lack of customer service ruined my future with them. I reached out through their website message page, emailed sales at vapeinthebox, and called (424)233-0213 all without reaching anyone. I just wanted to cancel my order, the order ends up going through and I am charged the $500. A few days later the package is delivered to my billing address, not my shipping address. Luckily I still had access to my old apartment and that my girlfriend stumbled upon the package. Now I’ve been attempting to make a return and fill out their illusive RMA form but I’m just going to end up returning the package to sender with all of my information. Will update in the future. Update: Got in contact with someone at Vapeinthebox who took care of me and gave me a refund minus a fee (fine with me), after multiple orders I can say be careful with your business with this company but that said you can get exactly what you order and in a reasonable time. Upgrading my rating to 3 stars purely because of the helpful individual who stepped out of his role to give me a hand. Would happily name you if you wish and if I could do business with solely you the company would be 5 stars.

US"refund" but no money back Everything is cool and the package is on the way. However I received an email saying that some of the things I purchased were refunded. That's fine I'm not upset. My problem is that i didn't get the money back on my credit card. I believe it was 75$. As long as I get my money back and the package comes in with everything else I ordered then there is no issue. I will continue buying. I already sent a message on customer service but I have not received a reply so I'm just reaching out on here in hopes my issue can be addressed. Furthermore, a lot of the stuff I want to buy is out of stock and I'm wondering when it will be back in stock. Thanks!
