GBToo many issues. Too many issues right after the order. Charge the entire order but out of stock on too many items every single time. Issues with refunds. Issues with shipping. Great prices, efficient website, but at my 3rd or 4th order there r still to many issues.

GBPoor Customer Service Package was damaged and returned to sender. I understand things happen and was not in a rush to receive the order. My emails were unreplied to so I finally called to ask when the package would be re-sent. Was told it was already re-sent so I asked for tracking information and none was provided. Called back and was told my package would be sent out that day, after I was previously told it had already gone out. My subsequent calls were ignored so I sent an email threatening to file a chargeback with my credit card company if I was not provided with the tracking information. Shortly after the email was sent a refund was provided immediately. Customer service was disappointing!

GB"refund" but no money back Everything is cool and the package is on the way. However I received an email saying that some of the things I purchased were refunded. That's fine I'm not upset. My problem is that i didn't get the money back on my credit card. I believe it was 75$. As long as I get my money back and the package comes in with everything else I ordered then there is no issue. I will continue buying. I already sent a message on customer service but I have not received a reply so I'm just reaching out on here in hopes my issue can be addressed. Furthermore, a lot of the stuff I want to buy is out of stock and I'm wondering when it will be back in stock. Thanks!
