WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE My fiancé bought me a piece off this website. They provided a bs tracking # and apologized for the delay last week. Still no movement on my tracking number and zero response from customer service. If my product has not shipped in next 24 hours, I will have my bank take the funds back. Shady, shady, business….

Slow shipping & Unorganized Company Ordered a carb cap & tether for the carta 2 on April 23rd & it’s April 28th & it’s still saying shipped label created USPS waiting item… I thought by ordering express shipping 2-5 days the package would be here by now & I’ve received 2 other packages from 2 different companies in this matter of time… I wouldn’t say scam but just very slow shipping and an unorganized company… Order (#51722) p.s. I have chronic pain & PTSD so that doesn’t help… Finally came on the 29th in stealth mode lol definitely 💯 will not be ordering from this company again!!! You’ll have a blessed day!!!

Not a legit business Ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise, most of which was never shipped. Still getting messages that they are gonna take care of it. Is this place a ponzi scheme? A criminal venture? It reflects badly on all online headshops. Don't know why crime and cannabis must go hand in hand. Do your business elsewhere.

Works for me I think the product is a good product for ppl who love to smoke different ways the flavor it brings out of your product is great not a long prep time for heating and extra screens and cleaning material. Only negative is my product I smoke is too loud so it’s not acceptable in public areas but at home it’s a great product
