Very bad experience Very bad experience. I am from Europe, I chose this company because of the possibility of express delivery to Europe in 6-10 days. The delivery alone cost over $80. Today is exactly one month since I ordered. I still don't have the goods. I have already tried to contact CigarsCity 2 times to inform me of the shipment.. no one has gotten back to me. At the same time the shipment is not traceable in the database. Actually yes it is, but it shows that the shipment is waiting to be forwarded to USPS, but that they have not received the shipment yet, I contacted the post office in my country with the submission number, they informed me that they do not have this shipment in the database. So a month has passed, I don't know where the shipment is, no one is communicating with me and I have wasted money on express delivery which normally takes 2-3 days from the US to my country. Terrible experience, especially the combination of expensive postage which was definitely not express, the irresponsibility of sending cigars to Europe this way and especially the lack of communication. God knows if I will ever see my money back. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, LOOK FOR ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT WILL AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

Such Great Cudtomer Service We live out West. Our online supplier quit shipping to our state. Found what we like at Cigarscity. Shipping was prompt. Although we ordered two boxes, only one was in stock. The one box came with a friendly note that the other box would come ASAP. And then, it was here in just a few days. No reminders or extra phone calls. Just there on the porch like magic!!! Great customer service!

Great and friendly service I found CigarsCity.com while trying to find a good present for a friend's upcoming birthday. I wasn't sure what the best option was so I called in to their office and Anthony picked up. After talking with him for a bit to explain what I was looking for, he recommended the Alec Bradley cigar sampler pack they had in stock. The price was right, so I took him up on the suggestion. Placed my order and in a few days had my order sitting on my kitchen counter ready to be wrapped up. My buddy loved the cigars in case you were wondering. Good guys at CigarsCity. When I saw the price for the cigars I… When I saw the price for the cigars I was looking for so low, and never heard of Cigarcity before I was hesitant to order. I called and spoke to Jeff who told me the order would go out the next day. He was friendly so I went for it. I received them in perfect shape with a thank you card and small gift in 2 days. I will be back!

Customer Service Falling Apart When I first started at Cigarscity the customer service was great with timely shipping. However, there has been a noticeable change in that service recently and it is not going well. I read something that mentioned the owner sold to someone else close to the time I started seeing the decline. My strong suggestion to the new owners, get some customer service training quickly otherwise you will lose most of your customers. Unfortunately after this latest round of no communication and then canceling my order a week after I should have received it. I am taking my business elsewhere.
