GBI'm happy with Cigarscity.com I'm happy with Cigarscity.com. They carried the ring gauge of the cigar I like that my local shop couldn't get, and they are substantially lower than other online outlets and my local tobacconist. I appreciate that when my order comes, it has a hand written note from Jeff, and when I call their company number, Jeff picks up.

GBEasy Purchase & Fast Shipping I've had some shady dealings with online cigar places in the past so I'm a little hesitant to buy cigars online from some of the smaller shops but I had a good experience with Cigars City. I ordered a box of 20 Macanudo Gold Label cigars on a Tuesday night and I had them at my home in New Jersey when I got home from work Thursday night. That's pretty good compared to what I've seen in the past. Prices were good and in-line with what I expected --- better than my local shop. My only criticism would be there wasn't much included with the cigars. The box was in good shape but there wasn't an invoice, which I generally like to have with my order and I've noticed a lot of companies are starting to skimp on. That said, I'll definitely be ordering again in about a month.

GBI ordered 2 boxes of cigars and it has I ordered 2 boxes of cigars and it has been several day now and still haven’t received them. I called and spoke with Susan and she talked to Jeff while I was still on the phone. I could hear him in the back ground talking bad about me because he said I was having a melt down. The last 3 orders I have purchased have been very slow arriving . This company will not answer emails or voice mails and you need to be very lucky to even get them on the phone. Poor customer service. I have such a lack of trust in this company. Tim Jones

GBCustomer Service Falling Apart When I first started at Cigarscity the customer service was great with timely shipping. However, there has been a noticeable change in that service recently and it is not going well. I read something that mentioned the owner sold to someone else close to the time I started seeing the decline. My strong suggestion to the new owners, get some customer service training quickly otherwise you will lose most of your customers. Unfortunately after this latest round of no communication and then canceling my order a week after I should have received it. I am taking my business elsewhere.

GBGood experience, awesome service I ordered a box of Perdomo 20th Champagne cigars from these guys on a Wednesday and received them Friday. Along with the box of cigars, I got a hand written thank you note. Awesome touch that I appreciated.
