I called and spoke to Jeff who told me the order would go out the next day. He was friendly so I went for it. I received them in perfect shape with a thank you card and small gift in 2 days. I will be back!

GBWhat a Rip OFF Sent me a package, decent price, until I went to USPS and got screwed with a $65 COD charge, so their policy of free shipping after spending XXX dollars is complete garbage; after the math you can literally go anywhere else and find better products and service.

GBCompletely satisfied; exactly what I expected I've just recently gotten into cigars so I was looking for a good cheap humidor to store my growing collection of stogies and found CigarsCity during a Google search for humidors. Sure enough, they had the exact humidor I wanted and it was the best price I could find online for the humidor. I placed my order on Monday and got the humidor to my door on Thursday in perfect condition. I had it "seasoning" that evening and it was good to go on Saturday. Couldn't ask for a better online shopping experience. I'm probably going to pick up one of their cigar sampler sets soon to add to my new humidor. Also, same as the other reviewer here, I didn't get an invoice in my package either but that's fine by me since I usually just trash them right away anyways however they did give me an email receipt and confirmation when I placed the order.

CZVery bad experience Very bad experience. I am from Europe, I chose this company because of the possibility of express delivery to Europe in 6-10 days. The delivery alone cost over $80. Today is exactly one month since I ordered. I still don't have the goods. I have already tried to contact CigarsCity 2 times to inform me of the shipment.. no one has gotten back to me. At the same time the shipment is not traceable in the database. Actually yes it is, but it shows that the shipment is waiting to be forwarded to USPS, but that they have not received the shipment yet, I contacted the post office in my country with the submission number, they informed me that they do not have this shipment in the database. So a month has passed, I don't know where the shipment is, no one is communicating with me and I have wasted money on express delivery which normally takes 2-3 days from the US to my country. Terrible experience, especially the combination of expensive postage which was definitely not express, the irresponsibility of sending cigars to Europe this way and especially the lack of communication. God knows if I will ever see my money back. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, LOOK FOR ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT WILL AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.
