They Just Send Whatever You order a item and god only knows what you'll recieve. Good luck with returns, no customer service.

I am very disappointed in there service… I am very disappointed in there service I payed extra money for it to be here faster and it’s taken longer than free shipping, if you want to wait days upon days maybe weeks for a product than go for this website. Other than that they lied to me about the delivery date keep pushing it back and still don’t have a single product and it’s pathetic.

420 Science Rocks! Been a very long time customer of 420 Science, and they continue to do things right. I recently tried to order a glass piece from another site in order to try and save money. That was a huge mistake as the piece was not wrapped correctly and destroyed in shipping. They then claimed it was the shipper's fault and refused to honor their guarantee. I immediately came back to 420 Science and ordered a similar recycler oil rig. It came expertly wrapped and in one piece, and it hits like a charm! Trying to save a few bucks ended up costing me in the end. I will continue to be a long time customer of 420 Science as long as they keep doing things right! Cheers!

Horrible Experience... Scam I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered an item that was over $60 (which is now about $30) and I was missing the main parts... the part that made it was DAMAGED. I returned it and received a second one, only to face the same issue of having missing parts! They stole my money from me, and won't communicate with me further.

My package was stolen and they refuse to refund my money even after i purchased the insurance. Worst online shopping experience. avoid these folks. many other websites that abide by the 3rd party insurance they offer. eff this place. And the owner keeps harassing the clients by directly contacting to inform the they Do Not give the monies back. extremely unprofessional!
