Exchange on product I ordered the wrong size stem and wrote if I could exchange. They quickly emailed back and said no need to return they'll issue a store credit. Now I'll use it to get the right stem. Not bad.

Horrible Experience... Scam I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered an item that was over $60 (which is now about $30) and I was missing the main parts... the part that made it was DAMAGED. I returned it and received a second one, only to face the same issue of having missing parts! They stole my money from me, and won't communicate with me further.

420 Science Rocks! Been a very long time customer of 420 Science, and they continue to do things right. I recently tried to order a glass piece from another site in order to try and save money. That was a huge mistake as the piece was not wrapped correctly and destroyed in shipping. They then claimed it was the shipper's fault and refused to honor their guarantee. I immediately came back to 420 Science and ordered a similar recycler oil rig. It came expertly wrapped and in one piece, and it hits like a charm! Trying to save a few bucks ended up costing me in the end. I will continue to be a long time customer of 420 Science as long as they keep doing things right! Cheers!

I have not had any really bad… I have not had any really bad experience with them. My orders have arrived in a very timely manner (we are in a pandemic now, so I do expect some delays with shipping). They are an okay company, I mean, if you are ordering glass go through them, they have sales, etc. But if you can go directly to the web site of a company that is selling their items on 420 Science, go to the website of the company. 420 Science has a bad return policy, they will direct you to that company anyway if you have gone past the timeline to return an item if it breaks. So by pass them and go directly to the source.
