Awful Experience I ordered from 420science on 4/3 & they did ship very quickly but I'm not happy with the products & want to return them. I've been emailing them all week with zero response. I will be reporting the owner Matt, Cosmic Industries LLC & 420science to FTC as well as the AG in Texas. It's no wonder they make over 3 million a year, ripping people off!

Super fast shipping Super fast shipping. A particular product that I use is no longer being manufactured, so I was buying as much as I could from as many places as I could find and my order from these guys got here even before some of the others had shipped.

Bad customer servicw Sent me the wrong item, so I spend 2 hours to schedule a return with FedEx. They pay your shipping only if you accept a credit (no refund) and then they charged me shipping again to ship the right item.

Got a great deal and a quality piece Got a great deal and a quality piece. Customer service was surprisingly top notch. Other places I've shopped take forever to respond or don't respond at all. They sent stock photos and shipped the item right away. Had a great experience overall.
