DO NOT BUY Promises 72 hour fulfillment time, doesn't ship for 5 days later, and the package doesn't show up to the shipper another 5 days after that. They use a "consolidator" shipper that takes another 5 days to "consolidate" the shipment. All in all going on day 15.. no package or tracking update insight. Customer service could care less.

SCAM 100% Thought they were great then they sent the wrong product. Asked me to send pics of the product and packing slip, then assured me they would begin the process of getting the order straight. Right away I sent the pic and I have not heard another word. I emailed them 4 times now to ask to please send me a label to return the wrong product to them and receive my correct order. Nothing. Now they have my money and I have crap I won't ever use. Filed a charge dispute with my bank and next I will take legal action as I work for attorneys more than happy to help. Scam, 100%

If I could give it a ZERO If I could give it a ZERO I had a simple order. I placed the order March 13, 2021 with the understanding it would ship within (as noted when order was placed) 5-7 business days. I have sent several emails. I did get a reply after noting the information given advised the order had been shipped. Tried calling and sending more emails (negative results). I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM Westcost vapesupply.

USA to Australia...fast n’ cheap I’ve had 3 juice orders from Westcoast Vape Supply with no problems. 3 orders of 600ml delivered to Australia super fast (arrived in 8 days). The juice is priced so low it often beats the sale price of the other big USA vape companies like Breazy or Vapecentric. Juice range is great and it’s not old stock in the glass bottles. Hardware I get locally in OZ but these guys are my new favourite juice supplier.

Worried I’ll never get my product Been waiting days and days for an update on when my juice is going to be scanned or arrive and they don’t answer. I understand the pandemic but other small vape online companies have shipped me coils twice and it didn’t take almost 10 days for them to scan. That’s where we are at now and after reading such horrid reviews I doubt I’ll ever get my product.
