I'm unsure why this company is a hit or miss I'm unsure why this company is a hit and miss. My last order came without any issue but this time it's now been 3 days since a label was printed and my order hasn't been received by USPS. I need this order to arrive- its vape juice which is rather important... if it were anything else I wouldnt mind the wait but they're dealing with people that need their nicotine fix. I just sent a message to them but after reading reviews I have a feeling I wont be getting a response. I'll give it a week before calling my bank since that's the amount of time to wait before filing a claim

I placed the order March 13, 2021 with the understanding it would ship within (as noted when order was placed) 5-7 business days. I have sent several emails. I did get a reply after noting the information given advised the order had been shipped. Tried calling and sending more emails (negative results). I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM Westcost vapesupply.

Westcoast Vape, my go to Vape Supplier I've placed 3 orders with Westcoast Vape. My first order started off as a disaster. The delivery was awful. HOWEVER, Westcoast followed up with my issue and kept me updated on actions they were taking to fulfill my order delivery and I did get it! They resolved this issue. My subsequent 2 orders went without a hitch. They even made a couple of last minute changes to my orders I requested. Bottom line Westcoast Vape is a great Vape supplier with great a selection of products, great prices and WONDERFUL customer service. I plan to be a long term patron... Still batting 1000! Keep up the good work Westcoast Vape. 👏

What a mess!! After inquiring the status of a week old order that had already been charged to my credit card, I was told the items were out of stock They offered a substitute. I refused and requested a refund and to cancel the order. Not hearing or receiving a cancelation confirmation, I made a second request. Both recieved no reply. When I did hear back, the order had shipped. Unfortunately I had already made another purchase from another vendor. West Coast Vape offered no explanation or compensation. My advice is to avoid doing business with WestcCoast Vape.

USA to Australia...fast n’ cheap I’ve had 3 juice orders from Westcoast Vape Supply with no problems. 3 orders of 600ml delivered to Australia super fast (arrived in 8 days). The juice is priced so low it often beats the sale price of the other big USA vape companies like Breazy or Vapecentric. Juice range is great and it’s not old stock in the glass bottles. Hardware I get locally in OZ but these guys are my new favourite juice supplier.
