USI'm unsure why this company is a hit or miss I'm unsure why this company is a hit and miss. My last order came without any issue but this time it's now been 3 days since a label was printed and my order hasn't been received by USPS. I need this order to arrive- its vape juice which is rather important... if it were anything else I wouldnt mind the wait but they're dealing with people that need their nicotine fix. I just sent a message to them but after reading reviews I have a feeling I wont be getting a response. I'll give it a week before calling my bank since that's the amount of time to wait before filing a claim

USOrdered Custard Monster Blueberry Ordered Custard Monster Blueberry, received Jam Monster Blueberry. Contacted customer service, received a gift card for the amount of the mistake. Had to pay for shipping of the correct item, no big deal right? They sent the same wrong item, again. No answer from customer service/support this time. Its been three days. Shop elsewhere, this place sucks.

USIf I could give it a ZERO If I could give it a ZERO I had a simple order. I placed the order March 13, 2021 with the understanding it would ship within (as noted when order was placed) 5-7 business days. I have sent several emails. I did get a reply after noting the information given advised the order had been shipped. Tried calling and sending more emails (negative results). I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM Westcost vapesupply.

USWorst delivery times ever!! Made large personal vape order. Ad said shipped in 24-72 hrs. 12 days later, I received usps tracking info that my order was on the way to the post office in California. Horrible service. Only ordered there because a specific flavor wanted was available. Never again!

USIt has been over 3 weeks and I still… It has been over 3 weeks and I still havent received my order. I sent multiple emails I finally get a response saying hope you leave a great review 🤦♀️😂😡 that was last week and im still waiting for my order don't believe I'll ever order from west coast vape again!!!
