V5Nano is a good vaporizer V5Nano is a good vaporizer, the problem is spare parts, I bought a spare mouthpiece that is narrower than the original and therefore does not want to hold, just turn the vaporizer and the glass will fall out. The original mouthpiece cannot be obtained.

Customer service does not reply about warranties My product stopped working right. There is a 1 year warranty on it. I've been contacting flowermate for weeks and they've been ignoring me. I contacted publicly over social media and they actually gave me a fake email to contact, when I tried I got an error message. Do not ever buy from flowermate unless you are buying from a website that covers warranties for you. Customer service is non existent, you should pretend the warranty does not exist

After 2 days I emailed to ask if my order had been processed an shipped as I haven't received any other notification from them. It's been over a week and zero response. I'll stop payment and report to the BBB.
