Bad product and Customer Service My vaporiser malfunctioned and broke well within the 1 year warranty time. Contacted Flowermate as the shop I bought it from told me to do so. Initially got a response, now I have sent 5 chase up emails over 3 weeks and I am being ignored on every one. Product rubbish customer service shocking. Do not trust these people with your cash.

I was made to put at least one star I was made to put at least one star. This company has horrible customer service. I was sent a broken slick, emailed the company and they didn’t believe me. After sending video proof I was told a replacement would be send almost 20 days later and they’re trying to ghost me. Super unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM get a pax

V5Nano is a good vaporizer V5Nano is a good vaporizer, the problem is spare parts, I bought a spare mouthpiece that is narrower than the original and therefore does not want to hold, just turn the vaporizer and the glass will fall out. The original mouthpiece cannot be obtained.

Great products! Even greater service ! Great products!! I really love my V5 Nano, but the service is why I write here. I broke my mouthpiece and the shop where I bought it could not help me with a new one so I called the flowermate guys to see if I could buy one from them. They help d me out with 3 new mouthpieces and I only had to pay for shipping. This is customer service at the highest level and I will never go anywhere else for my vaping needs:) highly recommended!!

Customer service could be improved, but . . . I agree with the previous reviewer; interesting products let down by frustratingly slow customer service. I've been waiting nearly a month to get a V5 Nano repaired under warranty . . . and I'm still waiting for them to authorise the repair. If the repair IS finally authorised, there will be another wait for the repair itself. Overall disappointed. Edit: Flowermate acknowledged that there was a failing in customer service and sent a new replacement product. I believe this warrants an increase from my original 3-star rating to at least a 4
