GBI was made to put at least one star I was made to put at least one star. This company has horrible customer service. I was sent a broken slick, emailed the company and they didn’t believe me. After sending video proof I was told a replacement would be send almost 20 days later and they’re trying to ghost me. Super unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM get a pax

ILFlowermate Technology Vapes - good products, awful service Flowermate Technology is a very intriguing company. It somehow manages to combine very advanced design to create attractive dry-herb and wax vaporizers, along with a sluggish non-responsive customer service, and shipment practice. On one hand, I love the company's products, but on the other hand, I hate their customer service, and shipment practice. In my humble opinion, they simply shoot themselves in the leg.

GBZero stars for customer service...Avoid! Company will NEVER reply to multiple attempts at activating a warranty claim. I've purchased twice from them and when my Slick unit died after about 20 uses and well within the 1-year warranty period, they have ghosted me. Their claim that "Once your inquiry has been made, one of our certified team members will begin working on your ticket. We strive to address all claims in a timely fashion" is a complete joke! You will never get a response. It seems to be a corporate decision made fairly recently as the spate of bad reviews would indicate. They currently have a grade of F with the Better Business Bureau. In a crowded vaporizer marketplace, you don't need to put up with horrible service...look elsewhere. Spread the word and let's put these suckers out of business. Caveat emptor.

GBCustomer service does not reply about warranties My product stopped working right. There is a 1 year warranty on it. I've been contacting flowermate for weeks and they've been ignoring me. I contacted publicly over social media and they actually gave me a fake email to contact, when I tried I got an error message. Do not ever buy from flowermate unless you are buying from a website that covers warranties for you. Customer service is non existent, you should pretend the warranty does not exist
