Consumers are able to order any of the instruments worldwide! Amazing security on the website, SSL, and lots of trust certificates instill a lot of confidence in the site when I was on the checkout page. :)

Bad Business Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service.

Major rip off Company I bought one of their pens on July 1st, received on the 8th, worked maybe three times before it just started blinking. Followed troubleshooting from their website. Contacted support on the 10th(email since no phone support) it's the 27th still have not recieved a refund or a replacement. I understand they got problems with the virus, still if they can sell their products they should be able to do better support.

Biggest waste of money on a vape ever Called sales rep to find out why I couldn't find my preferred coils and was told the mini is discontinued. After explaining my needs I was suggested the crystal 2 which is a garbage pen. After receiving it and realizing I had been hosed I called customer service and was basically told I wasn't smart enough to vape. Then was told an insane list of steps to get it to "work". Nope, garbage. After about an hour it was clear everyone I spoke to knew exactly how horrible of a design it was and yet they recommend it highly to med patients calling for a replacement to the perfectly fine style they just discontinued. The price is insanely high for how low quality it is. They were more worried about making a sale on a very overpriced pen then they were about taking care of the customer.

"NO" Customer Service This company's customer service is a joke. They tout their "Lifetime Guarantee" on their products, but when these products fail (like the usb charger for my vape pen), they are considered "wear items" that will eventually fail. You don't hear that touted in the promotions for their merchandise. NEVER AGAIN, KandyPens!
