GBDon’t buy Kandy pens Don’t buy Kandy pens if you want any customer service . Here customer service is a smokescreen. There are no returns, no refunds, no nothing. I bought a K pen last week and it wasn’t working. The mouthpiece would clog right away. I was dealing with their customer service, they gave me a bunch of things to try. Nothing worked. Very little vape. Wasted a few grams of material. I asked for a refund, no dice. Of course I opened the package. Total BS warrantee. I was ripped off.now I’m out over 100 dollars plus 20 bucks worth of smoking material. I would recommend not buying your vape products from Kandy pens.

GBPremium prices and cut out exceptions… Premium prices and cut out exceptions to warranty. Like many others here I had the only charger sold with the pen I bought fail in less than two months after 2 charges. I was told to purchase an after market charger as this was not covered under the lifetime warranty advertised for the product. Premium prices typically signal premium customer service. That is not the case here

GBKandypens.com is an AMAZING website! Kandypens.com is an amazing website. Kandypens provides stress relief instruments through an ecommerce website. Consumers are able to order any of the instruments worldwide! Amazing security on the website, SSL, and lots of trust certificates instill a lot of confidence in the site when I was on the checkout page. :)

GBBad Business Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service.

GBLOVE Kandypen customer service!! I've owned a Kandypen for about a year. Worked flawlessly until the other day. No matter what I did, the pen kept blinking 10 times. I contacted Kandypen customer service. Not only did they respond to my email within hours, they sent out a replacement the NEXT DAY. AWESOME SERVICE!! In the age of Covid 19, most businesses customer service is sorely lacking. Long waits for responses etc. They were a breath of fresh air. Excellent work guys!!!!
