I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out… I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out pods that straight up don’t work right out of the pack just so you have to go back and buy more because there is no way they could be this incompetent as a company unless it was on purpose. I mean literally the pods might be normal once out of like 15 pods.. the rest don’t hit right or taste burnt after a few hits or leak.. it’s just insane how you could run a business by putting out such terrible products on a consistent basis.

Yikes. Been using Njoy for years, but finally making the switch after a countless amount of disgusting burnt pods that taste like laundry detergent straight out of the pack. How can a company receive so many complaints about the same thing and do nothing about it? It seems like they’re trying to put themselves out of business.

Have the Njoy Loop Have the Njoy Loop, which I love, but out of the blue, Njoy discontinued the Loop pod refills. Now I have a $50 Loop kit and cannot get refill pods. Get the same robotic answer "sorry for the inconvenience" Hate the ACE, the Daily's good but sometimes too harsh. I hope others contact Njoy re the loop pods discontinued and Njoy brings them back I suspect the leaking of the pods caused Njoy to stop making them.
