EVERY single pod leaks now EVERY single pod leaks now. its disgusting, smelly, messy, expensive, and unacceptable. They're all brown and taste gross/burnt immediately. I buy a new device pretty much every day thinking that may remedy it and it leaks in 3 minutes each time. loyal customer since their inception 3/4 years ago when their products were second to none in the quality control department. I don't even feel like i have a choice but to find an alternative. very upsetting that this is where we're at.

Been using njoy since 2020- always… Been using njoy since 2020- always loved it. But like everyone else says for the last year or so every pod leaks and/or taste burnt straight out of the package and/or the device stops hitting but it still obviously functioning and charging well. I feel like this on purpose so people buy more product. Tragic really, once my pods run out I will be switching.

Have the Njoy Loop Have the Njoy Loop, which I love, but out of the blue, Njoy discontinued the Loop pod refills. Now I have a $50 Loop kit and cannot get refill pods. Get the same robotic answer "sorry for the inconvenience" Hate the ACE, the Daily's good but sometimes too harsh. I hope others contact Njoy re the loop pods discontinued and Njoy brings them back I suspect the leaking of the pods caused Njoy to stop making them. Wonder if Njoy going out of business On the hunt for another company who makes recharge e-cigs

Battery already won’t hold a charge… Battery already won’t hold a charge bought 3 different packs of pods also (my bad) because I thought it must of been pods not working. I think it’s the pods and unit , pods leak and 1 week old device doesn’t charge. Be nice if they would make things right. I work hard for my money .

Pods not working Somebody should take heed to all these comments, it is obvious the quality of the product has declined! I sent an email about the exact same thing, pods not working and customer service wanted so much information and not willing to issue a refund without providing my protected data, even after I provided picture I’d with DOB. Get your act together!
