Battery already won’t hold a charge… Battery already won’t hold a charge bought 3 different packs of pods also (my bad) because I thought it must of been pods not working. I think it’s the pods and unit , pods leak and 1 week old device doesn’t charge. Be nice if they would make things right. I work hard for my money .

EVERY single pod leaks now EVERY single pod leaks now. its disgusting, smelly, messy, expensive, and unacceptable. They're all brown and taste gross/burnt immediately. I buy a new device pretty much every day thinking that may remedy it and it leaks in 3 minutes each time. loyal customer since their inception 3/4 years ago when their products were second to none in the quality control department. I don't even feel like i have a choice but to find an alternative. very upsetting that this is where we're at.

THEY ALL LEAK. 5 year loyal customer until NJOY company put profits above customers. 1-833-ASK-NJOY support number isn’t even in service. I’ve been sure to tell everyone to NEVER buy Njoy products again. Njoy Company can get fukked.

8 Devices in 1 Year Ive gone through about 8 devices so far and they all end up with the same problem, they end up not drawing smoke. The devices are awful compared to what they once were, switching to Vuse. Oh and before you say comment anything njoy, here. Have always really loved njoy vape pods… Have always really loved njoy vape pods until recently when the menthol ones started to taste very differently than they always had -(YUCK) I noticed the only ones that taste gross like that seem to be this new “FEELM” type they are selling instead. Highly debating switching vape companies as I no longer like the taste and its a rare chance to get the good old pods not marked “FEELM”
