8 Devices in 1 Year Ive gone through about 8 devices so far and they all end up with the same problem, they end up not drawing smoke. Orange pods straight out the package Have been an njoy user for over a year now.. quit cigarettes and made the switch to menthol pods. Everything was great until around a month or 2 ago when I started getting orange looking pods right out of the package. I've went to multiple different gas stations and can only get maybe one pack out of 6 that is actually good.. just wondering if anyone else is having this problem I like njoy and I like vaping but I can't stand the taste of a burnt pod😵

Pods not working Somebody should take heed to all these comments, it is obvious the quality of the product has declined! I sent an email about the exact same thing, pods not working and customer service wanted so much information and not willing to issue a refund without providing my protected data, even after I provided picture I’d with DOB. Get your act together!

I've beeen vaping on NJOY for quite a… I've beeen vaping on NJOY for quite a while now (2 years) simply due to convenience over the alternatives such as JUUL. I was happy maybe the first year they came out but now the quality of the pods is absolutely terrible. To have spent roughly ~$11 twice a week for the past 2 years on this product is absolutely shameful to the business. For the price these sell for, you can certainly afford to correct this issue of both pods being burnt straight out of the box or we'll see you with a class action.

Burnt orange pods bought like 6 packs… Burnt orange pods bought like 6 packs thinking it was just a bad batch was offered a refund over a month ago gave them my address social kept all the old nasty pods and never got anything in the mail after being told they would ship me something...I've been using vuse for a month glad I switched but still scared about the effects and what was in them foul pods
