Orange pods straight out the package Have been an njoy user for over a year now.. quit cigarettes and made the switch to menthol pods. Everything was great until around a month or 2 ago when I started getting orange looking pods right out of the package. I've went to multiple different gas stations and can only get maybe one pack out of 6 that is actually good.. just wondering if anyone else is having this problem I like njoy and I like vaping but I can't stand the taste of a burnt pod😵

It’s doesn’t matter where you bought It’s doesn’t matter where you bought, what “lot” it was shipped in. THEY ALL LEAK. 5 year loyal customer until NJOY company put profits above customers. 1-833-ASK-NJOY support number isn’t even in service. I’ve been sure to tell everyone to NEVER buy Njoy products again. Njoy Company can get fukked.

I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out… I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out pods that straight up don’t work right out of the pack just so you have to go back and buy more because there is no way they could be this incompetent as a company unless it was on purpose. I mean literally the pods might be normal once out of like 15 pods.. the rest don’t hit right or taste burnt after a few hits or leak.. it’s just insane how you could run a business by putting out such terrible products on a consistent basis.

Njoy Njoy, why can't you improve the quality of the Ace pods? Your "claim" of being concerned about bad product is totally bogus. I've contacted you numerous times and it's basically "too bad for you". LOOK at all the complaints here! Per the response from Njoy; I've emailed you, gave you my old account number, copied and pasted numerous previous orders and YOU claim you can NOT verify my age or identity. I had ordered from you on a regular basis until you claimed yo were prohibited from shipping to New York. I've been purchasing locally since then. You abandoned guaranteeing your products!!

Been a user since 2019 Been a user since 2019. No problems at all for the past two years until the last few weeks. (Except for discontinuing blueberry/watermelon early 2020.) Ever since the end of august/early September, Everytime I buy menthol pods, they’re brown/not clear and they taste absolutely horrible from the first hit of a brand new pod. Idk what the hell happened but I’m not wasting anymore money on these pods if they’re not gonna be the normal clear menthol pods that we all loved.
