I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out… I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out pods that straight up don’t work right out of the pack just so you have to go back and buy more because there is no way they could be this incompetent as a company unless it was on purpose. I mean literally the pods might be normal once out of like 15 pods.. the rest don’t hit right or taste burnt after a few hits or leak.. it’s just insane how you could run a business by putting out such terrible products on a consistent basis.

Hello my name is Cindy and I've been… Hello my name is Cindy and I've been using your enjoy for about a week I bought four extra pods and every single one of them has leaked out into my vape cartridge area I have pictures I need to know how we can stop this sometimes it doesn't even feel like you're taking a hit and do you have anything that's a little sweeter than tobacco is just it needs something it needs some kind of flavor I like the sweet tobacco that's why I say that it does not hold a charge very well you have to charge it at least twice a day and it's just horrendous the oil that comes out of it I've been cleaning mine with it q-tip so I can I have to get another vape and this is not going to work right now I sent you my email address and another text I love your product I look the way it holds bits in my hand it's just a few things wrong with it they have any other ideas on how to stop the oil from dripping out everywhere let me know please email me if you need to your value customer Cindy Harkins I have pics not sure where to put them

Orange pods straight out the package Have been an njoy user for over a year now.. quit cigarettes and made the switch to menthol pods. Everything was great until around a month or 2 ago when I started getting orange looking pods right out of the package. I've went to multiple different gas stations and can only get maybe one pack out of 6 that is actually good.. just wondering if anyone else is having this problem I like njoy and I like vaping but I can't stand the taste of a burnt pod😵

Burnt Pods I've been using an njoy for a few years and lately literally EVERY single pod is burnt from the moment it comes out of the pack. I think the fluid in the burnt pods looks a little more orange, I don't know if it's a defect or they're doing something different but I've purchased pods from three different stores and have yet to find a good pack for at least a month. I have one unopened pack and if there isn't a good pod in there I'll probably just switch to something else.

Been using njoy since 2020- always… Been using njoy since 2020- always loved it. But like everyone else says for the last year or so every pod leaks and/or taste burnt straight out of the package and/or the device stops hitting but it still obviously functioning and charging well. I feel like this on purpose so people buy more product. Tragic really, once my pods run out I will be switching.
