Trustworthy and satisfying product. Started NJoy a year ago and use the Loop rechargeable. The pods last a good length of time, the Rich Tobacco is satisfying and I no longer find tobacco cigarettes enjoyable. The price is reasonable (for me a minimum of $60/mo less than tobacco cigarettes), so cannot say enough nice things about the product. Really liked that I could pick up an occasional refill pod when needed at local Walgreens, but that is no longer available. Will have to order on line only and plan ahead.

Have always really loved njoy vape pods… Have always really loved njoy vape pods until recently when the menthol ones started to taste very differently than they always had -(YUCK) I noticed the only ones that taste gross like that seem to be this new “FEELM” type they are selling instead. Highly debating switching vape companies as I no longer like the taste and its a rare chance to get the good old pods not marked “FEELM”

8 Devices in 1 Year Ive gone through about 8 devices so far and they all end up with the same problem, they end up not drawing smoke. The devices are awful compared to what they once were, switching to Vuse. Oh and before you say comment anything njoy, here. Yikes. Been using Njoy for years, but finally making the switch after a countless amount of disgusting burnt pods that taste like laundry detergent straight out of the pack. How can a company receive so many complaints about the same thing and do nothing about it? It seems like they’re trying to put themselves out of business.

Pods not working Somebody should take heed to all these comments, it is obvious the quality of the product has declined! I sent an email about the exact same thing, pods not working and customer service wanted so much information and not willing to issue a refund without providing my protected data, even after I provided picture I’d with DOB. Get your act together!
