I've beeen vaping on NJOY for quite a… I've beeen vaping on NJOY for quite a while now (2 years) simply due to convenience over the alternatives such as JUUL. I was happy maybe the first year they came out but now the quality of the pods is absolutely terrible. To have spent roughly ~$11 twice a week for the past 2 years on this product is absolutely shameful to the business. For the price these sell for, you can certainly afford to correct this issue of both pods being burnt straight out of the box or we'll see you with a class action.

Yikes. Been using Njoy for years, but finally making the switch after a countless amount of disgusting burnt pods that taste like laundry detergent straight out of the pack. How can a company receive so many complaints about the same thing and do nothing about it? It seems like they’re trying to put themselves out of business.

Been a user since 2019 Been a user since 2019. No problems at all for the past two years until the last few weeks. (Except for discontinuing blueberry/watermelon early 2020.) Ever since the end of august/early September, Everytime I buy menthol pods, they’re brown/not clear and they taste absolutely horrible from the first hit of a brand new pod. Idk what the hell happened but I’m not wasting anymore money on these pods if they’re not gonna be the normal clear menthol pods that we all loved.

Pods not working Somebody should take heed to all these comments, it is obvious the quality of the product has declined! I sent an email about the exact same thing, pods not working and customer service wanted so much information and not willing to issue a refund without providing my protected data, even after I provided picture I’d with DOB. Get your act together!
