Njoy Njoy, why can't you improve the quality of the Ace pods? Your "claim" of being concerned about bad product is totally bogus. I've contacted you numerous times and it's basically "too bad for you". LOOK at all the complaints here! Per the response from Njoy; I've emailed you, gave you my old account number, copied and pasted numerous previous orders and YOU claim you can NOT verify my age or identity. I had ordered from you on a regular basis until you claimed yo were prohibited from shipping to New York. I've been purchasing locally since then. You abandoned guaranteeing your products!!

Yikes. Been using Njoy for years, but finally making the switch after a countless amount of disgusting burnt pods that taste like laundry detergent straight out of the pack. How can a company receive so many complaints about the same thing and do nothing about it? It seems like they’re trying to put themselves out of business.

Have always really loved njoy vape pods… Have always really loved njoy vape pods until recently when the menthol ones started to taste very differently than they always had -(YUCK) I noticed the only ones that taste gross like that seem to be this new “FEELM” type they are selling instead. Highly debating switching vape companies as I no longer like the taste and its a rare chance to get the good old pods not marked “FEELM”

EVERY single pod leaks now EVERY single pod leaks now. its disgusting, smelly, messy, expensive, and unacceptable. They're all brown and taste gross/burnt immediately. I buy a new device pretty much every day thinking that may remedy it and it leaks in 3 minutes each time. loyal customer since their inception 3/4 years ago when their products were second to none in the quality control department. I don't even feel like i have a choice but to find an alternative. very upsetting that this is where we're at.
