GBI placed an order on March 3. Where is it? I placed an order on March 3, 2024. Today is March 12 and it has not shipped. I have called, no answer so I left a message. I have emailed and messaged them, no response. If I don’t hear from them in the next 48 hours I will dispute the charge with my card company.

GBAvoid Order placed on 2/20/24 and has been in "awaiting fulfillment" ever since. This was part of their big "60%" off sale and was said to have a lead time of up to 30 days, but here it is on day 35 with nothing. I've emailed them 3 times on their "contact us" link on their web page, and emailed them twice directly over the last week and haven't heard a peep. Don't bother calling because you can only leave a message and they'll never call you back. Kind of bummed. I thought I had found a great deal, but it looks like I'll end up doing a chargeback instead. Avoid. I think they're trying an exit scam right now. EDIT: Ended up doing a chargeback. They never replied to anything and the order still says "awaiting fulfillment." Definitely stay away from these people. EDIT 2: Just as I suspected this was an exit scam. Their website is now down. If you haven't done a chargeback do it now! Also, route shipping protection doesn't seem to care AT ALL that vaporizer chief just scammed a bunch of people. I guess if they got theirs they don't actually care about fraud like they claim. Do NOT EVER use route shipping protection because they will not help you. They do not care about your item and it's not really insured with them. Google "route shipping is a scam" if you want to see just how much they care. They also have a D- with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them as well!

GBNo fulfillment No fulfillment, no replies to inquiries. What a waste of time and money. Total scam artists.

GBSHADY BUSINESS Customer service SUCKS. I've been ripped off. The toll free number only lets you leave voicmails which NOBODY ever answers. No call backs nor emails. I've politely left OVER a dozen voicemails about my order! SHADY business. Buyer beware. Stay clear of this scam.
