GBMy order was placed on February 20th My order was placed on February 20th, I still have Not received either of the two items that I paid for. Countless attempts to get in touch with them by phone and emails have gone unanswered. They’ve had my money since February 20th, it’s now April 11th. Would You deal with this company❓ I’d also like to see zero, or minus for reviewing ratings choices.

CA60% off sale As with other recent reviews, I also placed an order with Vaporizer Chief on February 21, 2024 during their '60% off sale'. I tried politely messaging on their website, emailing them directly, and even a few voice mails and not once has anyone from Vaporizer Chief responded back. I now think this a scam as no other company I've dealt with has behaved this way. If you can't handle a simple reply to a customer then I think there's much bigger issues going on with this business. All the recent reviews say the same thing stating how Vaporizer Chief took their order, charged them then either didn't reply to customers and didn't send out the orders. I'm on day 38 of their 30 day fulfillment which I had no problem waiting as the sale price was worth it. I didn't see any issues with ordering from them before the 60% off sale, so not sure what happened since as I've seen Vaporizer Chief reply to other reviews prior. My main concern is that there has been no contact from them whatsoever since I ordered February 21. If they had at least tried to explain they had some issues by replying then I would have some understanding, but again no response whatsoever. Their website is up and running as of this review which I can't understand why they are not responding to their customers unless they are scamming. I don't, at this point have confidence that I'll receive my order. I would highly recommend staying away from Vaporizer Chief if you don't want to get ripped off, buyer beware! I would give a 0 star rating if I could. If anyone has legitimately received an order or even a reply from Vaporizer Chief within the months of February and March it would be greatly appreciated to let the rest of us upset customers know. Alex Edited April 11, 2024 Their website has been offline "for maintenance " now for over a week. Also contacted Route about Vaporizer Chief and basically they have been absolutely no help at all stating that they don't see any issues with Vaporizer Chief, yet the red flags are all there. I can say I will never use Route for any online insurance purposes. They claim that it is not their responsibility how vendors they are affiliated with operate yet state they take fraud very seriously when it comes to their affiliates. It's been two weeks since I inquired about Vaporizer Chief's shady practices only to be told by Route that they tried to contact Vaporizer Chief and received no response back. Don't understand how that's acceptable if they are a legitimate affiliate of Route. I'll take it as a learning experience and will only ever order from legitimate vendors I have received great services from in the past and decline Route's shipping insurance services as they are useless. All I expected from Route was an honest explanation about how they accept affiliates criminal behavior without any recourse and got a bs useless response. Buyer beware is all I can say.

GBNew Device Dispensary recommended the new GPen Dash as an alternative. Pleasantly surprise, fast, easy delivery from Vaporizer Chief with good prices. Read instruction, also viewed YouTube video from GPen to assist in the setup. Much nicer alternative to not irritate my lungs, limit the smoke emitted and use less product. Very pleased with my purchase, thank you!

GBI paid… usps says delivered. Nothing there. (Locked mailbox) I ordered a Utilian 722 and paid for rush delivery and didn’t receive my order. I don’t know if this was the USPS fault cos I received a text notification saying it was delivered and in my mailbox but there was nothing in my LOCKED mailbox 2 min later. The website says Customer service “Chat and live phone support” There is no chat I can find. And the phone support was for me to leave a msg. I did and emailed through support link. We’ll see if they reply or I will have my bank refund the unfulfilled purchase. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I’ve been dying to use this. I would pay $60 for next day delivery if possible :((
