GBA set up to force you into a selling point system. My wife and I bought our vivant system about 5 years ago. Paid cash, not monyhly payments, This morning, our carbon monoxide detector started beeping every 45 seconds. We changed the battery and still it beeps. For hours it beeped. When I got home, I called vivant, they had me pull the detector off and check the expiration date; June 11, 2023. I was told we had to buy a new one because it was out of warranty. The expiration date is June 11, 2023. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor refused to talk to me and offered a $15 discount. I hung up and was mad as he77. The garage door opener has NEVER worked properly. The glass break alarm even though we have changed the batteries multiple times says it has low batteries. We should have never bought this system.

GBWe have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. When we reached them and asked how it was possible that the alarm was triggered but the agent did not come online and the police were not called, they blamed COVID and then proceeded to let us know we could pay to have a technician upgrade our equipment in a month. GBBad customer support Made a purchase last week, they sent it pretty fast so that was cool, but I was charged twice, I emailed vivant to two different email addresses and their contact form on the website, but I had no answer from neither. Seems like the company just wants to make money and has no regard for their costumers.

GBThe company offered me a great monthly… The company offered me a great monthly plan after I pay off the equipment didn't offer me the equipment price which was $2,000 when I called back to complain they offered $100 off The next day I called back to complain again and cancel and they came back with a price of $650.to me this company is a joke because why would they offer you the highest price to any sucker that would come on and pay it. Never want to deal with a company starting out that will rip me off
