GBWe have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. When we reached them and asked how it was possible that the alarm was triggered but the agent did not come online and the police were not called, they blamed COVID and then proceeded to let us know we could pay to have a technician upgrade our equipment in a month. GBDO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS. On 2/21/24 a tech came to our house to fix a camera that was not working. The company’s policy is that a tech can not enter a house if there arre dogs running around we a 10+ old golden retriever and a golden doodle ( fearsome, fearsome creatures HA) the only place to put the dogs is the room the the tech needs to go. The camera did not get fixed and the company is totally inflexible on their rules. The system was installed with the dogs loose to begin with. My wife and I are elderly and handicapped and are physically unable to do it ourselves. Shame on you Vivant.

GBNo Help They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now , Vivant blew it!

GBThis is a terrible company This is a terrible company. Security system works but their business is frankly, dishonest. I paid many thousands of dollars in advance and was told I was paid in full. Then they call and say I owe them over $3500. Many others have same experience. You also cannot call them about bills-eternal hold for hours and they do not respond to the receipt showing paid in full. Their monthly monitoring rate is also higher than most others
