terrible company product is ok but the customer service is unbelievably bad, I have messaged and e mailed, they have seen them and they refuse/just don't answer. All I am asking is the size of the o rings they use in a vape.. not rocket science . SO DO NOTVAPES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

We have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. When we reached them and asked how it was possible that the alarm was triggered but the agent did not come online and the police were not called, they blamed COVID and then proceeded to let us know we could pay to have a technician upgrade our equipment in a month. Terrible!!! Terrible!!!! Never buy- we just bought a house with this security system and the company refused to help us without the prior owners jumping through a millions hoops. First day in house alarms are going off they refused to help us needless to say my husband just ripped the system out of the wall after 30 minutes of ear screeching alarms and companies refusal to help sooo great customer service

No Help They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now , Vivant blew it!

Worst system ever Worst system ever, alarms equipment breaking, no solutions to problems other than replace parts at your cost, $99 send rep out figure out problem, now stuck 5 yr contact. Horrible system, live bad n ighborhood, have take out loan. Going with ADT. More expensive but if keep replacing parts will cost same.
