Called to get a quote for a security… Called to get a quote for a security system..was met with a guy reading from a script. When I said I just wanted a quote he became rude and obnoxious... when we finally finished getting all the information about the house he says they need to run my credit before they can quote me. What?!?! I said I'd be paying cash and not financing anything and he still insisted he could not quote me anything without running my credit... seriously bad customer service and business practices.

Bad customer support Made a purchase last week, they sent it pretty fast so that was cool, but I was charged twice, I emailed vivant to two different email addresses and their contact form on the website, but I had no answer from neither. Seems like the company just wants to make money and has no regard for their costumers.

Worst system ever Worst system ever, alarms equipment breaking, no solutions to problems other than replace parts at your cost, $99 send rep out figure out problem, now stuck 5 yr contact. Horrible system, live bad n ighborhood, have take out loan. Going with ADT. More expensive but if keep replacing parts will cost same.

We have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them.
