GBCalled to get a quote for a security… Called to get a quote for a security system..was met with a guy reading from a script. When I said I just wanted a quote he became rude and obnoxious... when we finally finished getting all the information about the house he says they need to run my credit before they can quote me. What?!?! I said I'd be paying cash and not financing anything and he still insisted he could not quote me anything without running my credit... seriously bad customer service and business practices.

GBBad customer support Made a purchase last week, they sent it pretty fast so that was cool, but I was charged twice, I emailed vivant to two different email addresses and their contact form on the website, but I had no answer from neither. Seems like the company just wants to make money and has no regard for their costumers.

GBWorst system ever Worst system ever, alarms equipment breaking, no solutions to problems other than replace parts at your cost, $99 send rep out figure out problem, now stuck 5 yr contact. Horrible system, live bad n ighborhood, have take out loan. Going with ADT. More expensive but if keep replacing parts will cost same.

GBterrible company product is ok but the customer service is unbelievably bad, I have messaged and e mailed, they have seen them and they refuse/just don't answer. All I am asking is the size of the o rings they use in a vape.. not rocket science . SO DO NOTVAPES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

GBWe have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. When we reached them and asked how it was possible that the alarm was triggered but the agent did not come online and the police were not called, they blamed COVID and then proceeded to let us know we could pay to have a technician upgrade our equipment in a month.
