GBCalled to get a quote for a security… Called to get a quote for a security system..was met with a guy reading from a script. When I said I just wanted a quote he became rude and obnoxious... when we finally finished getting all the information about the house he says they need to run my credit before they can quote me. What?!?! I said I'd be paying cash and not financing anything and he still insisted he could not quote me anything without running my credit... seriously bad customer service and business practices.

GBThis is the worst company This is the worst company. Unorganized and pitiful. Good luck figuring out payments, credit loans, etc…they just aren’t good. It’s difficult to articulate, but suffice it to say I’m on the phone with the credit loan people and vivant weekly because of stupid back end mistakes. You’re better off elsewhere. Could not give it 0 stars which is unfortunate.

GBWhen I called to have the service cancelled... When I called to have the service cancelled as we were moving to another state I had to go through an arduous process to do so. I was transferred 4 times and had to give the the information of the account every time. I then was sent an email that I had to send an email or send a snail mail with all the information to start the cancellation. The cancellation would not be effective for 30 days after receipt of that email

GBWe have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. When we reached them and asked how it was possible that the alarm was triggered but the agent did not come online and the police were not called, they blamed COVID and then proceeded to let us know we could pay to have a technician upgrade our equipment in a month. GBHorrible never use them I ordered 1… Horrible never use them I ordered 1 thing for 1 of my bongs and I’m still waiting it’s been 2 and a half weeks wen it said no longer then 2-4 business days don’t use this site…
