Bad experience I tried to Vivant with other monitoring systems and asked the salesperson some questions. She insisted that they were better than everyone else but when I asked how, she couldn't explain it to me and then hung up. It was really unexpected and made me think there isn't anything behind their claims. If this is what you get from speaking to the salesperson then I can imagine being a customer would be much worse.

We have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. When we reached them and asked how it was possible that the alarm was triggered but the agent did not come online and the police were not called, they blamed COVID and then proceeded to let us know we could pay to have a technician upgrade our equipment in a month. Called to get a quote for a security… Called to get a quote for a security system..was met with a guy reading from a script. When I said I just wanted a quote he became rude and obnoxious... when we finally finished getting all the information about the house he says they need to run my credit before they can quote me. What?!?! I said I'd be paying cash and not financing anything and he still insisted he could not quote me anything without running my credit... seriously bad customer service and business practices.

No Help They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now , Vivant blew it!

Worst system ever Worst system ever, alarms equipment breaking, no solutions to problems other than replace parts at your cost, $99 send rep out figure out problem, now stuck 5 yr contact. Horrible system, live bad n ighborhood, have take out loan. Going with ADT. More expensive but if keep replacing parts will cost same.
