We have had vivant 4 years and three… We have had vivant 4 years and three months of a living nightmare. About 6 months ago, our alarm at the house went off in the middle of the night. The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. When we reached them and asked how it was possible that the alarm was triggered but the agent did not come online and the police were not called, they blamed COVID and then proceeded to let us know we could pay to have a technician upgrade our equipment in a month. Bad experience I tried to Vivant with other monitoring systems and asked the salesperson some questions. She insisted that they were better than everyone else but when I asked how, she couldn't explain it to me and then hung up. It was really unexpected and made me think there isn't anything behind their claims. If this is what you get from speaking to the salesperson then I can imagine being a customer would be much worse.

No Help They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now , Vivant blew it!

terrible company product is ok but the customer service is unbelievably bad, I have messaged and e mailed, they have seen them and they refuse/just don't answer. All I am asking is the size of the o rings they use in a vape.. not rocket science . SO DO NOTVAPES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
