DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS. On 2/21/24 a tech came to our house to fix a camera that was not working. The company’s policy is that a tech can not enter a house if there arre dogs running around we a 10+ old golden retriever and a golden doodle ( fearsome, fearsome creatures HA) the only place to put the dogs is the room the the tech needs to go. The camera did not get fixed and the company is totally inflexible on their rules. The system was installed with the dogs loose to begin with. My wife and I are elderly and handicapped and are physically unable to do it ourselves. Shame on you Vivant.

The company offered me a great monthly… The company offered me a great monthly plan after I pay off the equipment didn't offer me the equipment price which was $2,000 when I called back to complain they offered $100 off The next day I called back to complain again and cancel and they came back with a price of $650.to me this company is a joke because why would they offer you the highest price to any sucker that would come on and pay it. Never want to deal with a company starting out that will rip me off

Called to get a quote for a security… Called to get a quote for a security system..was met with a guy reading from a script. When I said I just wanted a quote he became rude and obnoxious... when we finally finished getting all the information about the house he says they need to run my credit before they can quote me. What?!?! I said I'd be paying cash and not financing anything and he still insisted he could not quote me anything without running my credit... seriously bad customer service and business practices.

Bad experience I tried to Vivant with other monitoring systems and asked the salesperson some questions. She insisted that they were better than everyone else but when I asked how, she couldn't explain it to me and then hung up. It was really unexpected and made me think there isn't anything behind their claims. If this is what you get from speaking to the salesperson then I can imagine being a customer would be much worse.

A set up to force you into a selling point system. My wife and I bought our vivant system about 5 years ago. Paid cash, not monyhly payments, This morning, our carbon monoxide detector started beeping every 45 seconds. We changed the battery and still it beeps. For hours it beeped. When I got home, I called vivant, they had me pull the detector off and check the expiration date; June 11, 2023. I was told we had to buy a new one because it was out of warranty. The expiration date is June 11, 2023. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor refused to talk to me and offered a $15 discount. I hung up and was mad as he77. The garage door opener has NEVER worked properly. The glass break alarm even though we have changed the batteries multiple times says it has low batteries. We should have never bought this system.
