When I called to have the service cancelled... When I called to have the service cancelled as we were moving to another state I had to go through an arduous process to do so. I was transferred 4 times and had to give the the information of the account every time. I then was sent an email that I had to send an email or send a snail mail with all the information to start the cancellation. The cancellation would not be effective for 30 days after receipt of that email

No Help They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now , Vivant blew it!

Do not buy! Absolute worst customer service. Whenever I have a problem with my system, which is often, the customer service is incompetent. They lack the ability and willingness to help. One woman could not even hear me because her dog was barking so loud in the background.

This is the worst company This is the worst company. Unorganized and pitiful. Good luck figuring out payments, credit loans, etc…they just aren’t good. It’s difficult to articulate, but suffice it to say I’m on the phone with the credit loan people and vivant weekly because of stupid back end mistakes. You’re better off elsewhere. Could not give it 0 stars which is unfortunate.

Bad customer support Made a purchase last week, they sent it pretty fast so that was cool, but I was charged twice, I emailed vivant to two different email addresses and their contact form on the website, but I had no answer from neither. Seems like the company just wants to make money and has no regard for their costumers.
