GBDO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS. On 2/21/24 a tech came to our house to fix a camera that was not working. The company’s policy is that a tech can not enter a house if there arre dogs running around we a 10+ old golden retriever and a golden doodle ( fearsome, fearsome creatures HA) the only place to put the dogs is the room the the tech needs to go. The camera did not get fixed and the company is totally inflexible on their rules. The system was installed with the dogs loose to begin with. My wife and I are elderly and handicapped and are physically unable to do it ourselves. Shame on you Vivant.

GBDo not buy! Absolute worst customer service. Whenever I have a problem with my system, which is often, the customer service is incompetent. They lack the ability and willingness to help. One woman could not even hear me because her dog was barking so loud in the background.

GBWhen I called to have the service cancelled... When I called to have the service cancelled as we were moving to another state I had to go through an arduous process to do so. I was transferred 4 times and had to give the the information of the account every time. I then was sent an email that I had to send an email or send a snail mail with all the information to start the cancellation. The cancellation would not be effective for 30 days after receipt of that email

GBBad experience I tried to Vivant with other monitoring systems and asked the salesperson some questions. She insisted that they were better than everyone else but when I asked how, she couldn't explain it to me and then hung up. It was really unexpected and made me think there isn't anything behind their claims. If this is what you get from speaking to the salesperson then I can imagine being a customer would be much worse.

GBThis company is very dishonest This company is very dishonest. The sales rep will tell you that they have no contracts and you can end the service at any time. He will also provide a half page paper stating that you can end the service at any time. However you will be stuck with a 60 month contract and dual companies calling you for payment all in South America somewhere. Avoid the salesman Ernesto Porto!
