GBThis is the worst company This is the worst company. Unorganized and pitiful. Good luck figuring out payments, credit loans, etc…they just aren’t good. It’s difficult to articulate, but suffice it to say I’m on the phone with the credit loan people and vivant weekly because of stupid back end mistakes. You’re better off elsewhere. Could not give it 0 stars which is unfortunate.

GBBad experience I tried to Vivant with other monitoring systems and asked the salesperson some questions. She insisted that they were better than everyone else but when I asked how, she couldn't explain it to me and then hung up. It was really unexpected and made me think there isn't anything behind their claims. If this is what you get from speaking to the salesperson then I can imagine being a customer would be much worse.

GBProduct was received defective Product was received defective. Call center would not transfer me to an agent unless I purchased a voucher. Ridiculous. Lodging a credit card dispute.

GBHorrible never use them I ordered 1… Horrible never use them I ordered 1 thing for 1 of my bongs and I’m still waiting it’s been 2 and a half weeks wen it said no longer then 2-4 business days don’t use this site…

CNGood experience from Vivant I purchased two products from VIVANT and they shipped without delay. When I met some problems with my devices, I contacted on their social media, Instagram and their staff replied me quickly and patiently. If you got no reply from the email, you can try to contact on their Instagram. Someone will help you deal with your problems.
