GBterrible company product is ok but the customer service is unbelievably bad, I have messaged and e mailed, they have seen them and they refuse/just don't answer. All I am asking is the size of the o rings they use in a vape.. not rocket science . SO DO NOTVAPES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

GBDO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM IF YOU HAVE PETS. On 2/21/24 a tech came to our house to fix a camera that was not working. The company’s policy is that a tech can not enter a house if there arre dogs running around we a 10+ old golden retriever and a golden doodle ( fearsome, fearsome creatures HA) the only place to put the dogs is the room the the tech needs to go. The camera did not get fixed and the company is totally inflexible on their rules. The system was installed with the dogs loose to begin with. My wife and I are elderly and handicapped and are physically unable to do it ourselves. Shame on you Vivant.

GBThe company offered me a great monthly… The company offered me a great monthly plan after I pay off the equipment didn't offer me the equipment price which was $2,000 when I called back to complain they offered $100 off The next day I called back to complain again and cancel and they came back with a price of $650.to me this company is a joke because why would they offer you the highest price to any sucker that would come on and pay it. Never want to deal with a company starting out that will rip me off

GBHands down the worst customer service… Hands down the worst customer service we have ever encountered. Had them come out to install water sensors. They did everything but install what they were called out here for. Never installed the water sensors. Followed by Five phone calls later and a csr who refused to get her supervisor on the phone. We finally got a supervisor who argued that he could not do a thing and it was basically too bad. Oh, and we got double charged. Not a good company.

GBProduct was received defective Product was received defective. Call center would not transfer me to an agent unless I purchased a voucher. Ridiculous. Lodging a credit card dispute.
