GBNo Help They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now , Vivant blew it!

GBThe company offered me a great monthly… The company offered me a great monthly plan after I pay off the equipment didn't offer me the equipment price which was $2,000 when I called back to complain they offered $100 off The next day I called back to complain again and cancel and they came back with a price of $650.to me this company is a joke because why would they offer you the highest price to any sucker that would come on and pay it. Never want to deal with a company starting out that will rip me off

GBThis company is very dishonest This company is very dishonest. The sales rep will tell you that they have no contracts and you can end the service at any time. He will also provide a half page paper stating that you can end the service at any time. However you will be stuck with a 60 month contract and dual companies calling you for payment all in South America somewhere. Avoid the salesman Ernesto Porto!

GBDo not buy! Absolute worst customer service. Whenever I have a problem with my system, which is often, the customer service is incompetent. They lack the ability and willingness to help. One woman could not even hear me because her dog was barking so loud in the background.

GBA set up to force you into a selling point system. My wife and I bought our vivant system about 5 years ago. Paid cash, not monyhly payments, This morning, our carbon monoxide detector started beeping every 45 seconds. We changed the battery and still it beeps. For hours it beeped. When I got home, I called vivant, they had me pull the detector off and check the expiration date; June 11, 2023. I was told we had to buy a new one because it was out of warranty. The expiration date is June 11, 2023. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor refused to talk to me and offered a $15 discount. I hung up and was mad as he77. The garage door opener has NEVER worked properly. The glass break alarm even though we have changed the batteries multiple times says it has low batteries. We should have never bought this system.
