Good experience from Vivant I purchased two products from VIVANT and they shipped without delay. When I met some problems with my devices, I contacted on their social media, Instagram and their staff replied me quickly and patiently. If you got no reply from the email, you can try to contact on their Instagram. Someone will help you deal with your problems.

Bad experience I tried to Vivant with other monitoring systems and asked the salesperson some questions. She insisted that they were better than everyone else but when I asked how, she couldn't explain it to me and then hung up. It was really unexpected and made me think there isn't anything behind their claims. If this is what you get from speaking to the salesperson then I can imagine being a customer would be much worse.

No Help They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now , Vivant blew it!

Product was received defective Product was received defective. Call center would not transfer me to an agent unless I purchased a voucher. Ridiculous. Lodging a credit card dispute.
