The sound went off in our hose, but did not connect to Virant remotely or to the police station as it should have. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach them. Terrible!!! Terrible!!!! Never buy- we just bought a house with this security system and the company refused to help us without the prior owners jumping through a millions hoops. First day in house alarms are going off they refused to help us needless to say my husband just ripped the system out of the wall after 30 minutes of ear screeching alarms and companies refusal to help sooo great customer service
