Not happy big changes!!! I received my monthly subscription what I have been getting for the past 6 months cream tobacco flavour. Up on opening I noticed the packaging was different but didn't realise that the whole thing had completely changed. When I vaped the liquid I realised it tasted disgusting and is nothing like the usual creamy tobacco I usually get. I have ended my subscription sent it all back I am very very disappointed that the ingredients have changed and the taste is so different .this is not even just a slight difference its has changed massively.I have tried other vape flavor of this brand but nothing is the same and I will be taking my.custom else where l. Not happy at all.

Vomit inducing I have tried many, many different types of vape, from the extremely expensive to the super cheap. This is by far the worst. No matter the flavour, they are absolutely disgusting. Tastes nothing like the advertised flavour. Also for some idiotic reason they have decided to have two different mods which do exactly the same thing except they are incompatible with one another and the packaging doesn't make this clear in any way. Truly awful.

Favour changed without notice I love the Grape Ice favour and the latest order which I received is totally difference taste and the color of juice is much much darker than before (old one is lighter as lemon juice and the new one is very dark just like tar). I contact the customer care team and they said the favour is not changed "officially".

Goodbye to VUSE & RJ Reynolds Been a Vuse customer for almost 2 years. Shipping has been a nightmare (30 days +), quality has declined horribly (every couple 2 packs have at least 1 pod that does not vape or leaks) and the subscription service has been an on again/off again fiasco since it started. The topper has been availability and the enormous price increase. Goodbye VUSE and RJ Reynolds, forevermore.

Bought bad vape pen lasted less than 2 weeks I bought a vuse alto vape less than 2 weeks ago at a marathon gas station in hamden Ohio,an it won't hit at all it was fine yesterday got up this morning and took a hit and it wouldn't hit period.. You can't tell me that the coils burnt out in less than 2 weeks Very unsatisfied customer I was very let down by vuse because I had Friends recommend vuse vape I had high hopes that I would enjoy vuse,I can't say they are all like the one i got or i just happened to get a bad vape, but i don't like spending money on something i can't use..
