Favour changed without notice I love the Grape Ice favour and the latest order which I received is totally difference taste and the color of juice is much much darker than before (old one is lighter as lemon juice and the new one is very dark just like tar). I contact the customer care team and they said the favour is not changed "officially".

Just purchased my usual Grape Ice pods Just purchased my usual Grape Ice pods. On opening (ie making it too late to return) I saw that the colour had changed completely. I then proceeded to puff and the taste is totally different - not pleasant. Contacted customer services and said that if the flavour had changed, they should make this clear on the website. They couldn’t really care less. Will be finding an alternative

Bought bad vape pen lasted less than 2 weeks I bought a vuse alto vape less than 2 weeks ago at a marathon gas station in hamden Ohio,an it won't hit at all it was fine yesterday got up this morning and took a hit and it wouldn't hit period.. You can't tell me that the coils burnt out in less than 2 weeks Very unsatisfied customer I was very let down by vuse because I had Friends recommend vuse vape I had high hopes that I would enjoy vuse,I can't say they are all like the one i got or i just happened to get a bad vape, but i don't like spending money on something i can't use.. I hate the Vuse Alto I hate the Vuse Alto. Makes me cough my head off, even with the lowest nicotine content. The FDA has ruined the vaping experience, which I think was probably their goal. If only the federal government could be so effective at shutting down right wing extremism. But they’re not even trying to do that. They’re just screwing with the vaping community. Sore tongue with chemical burns Been using the rechargeable device since I quit smoking 3 years ago. Recently upgraded to the newer device and have since had a sore tongue for the past 8 months. My dentist said I've got chemical burns on my tongue. I've emailed them about this, just waiting for a conclusion. My son agrees the pods spit in your mouth. I've stopped buying them now and have changed to disposables. I can only wait and see if my tongue heals. It's affected me enjoying hot drinks and foods or anything spicy is too painful.
