Here's my experience. I had a devastating experience happen to me and my account was completely drained, checking and savings. I knew I was behind on my payments when I finally was able to reach somebody. The agent assisted me and updated all of my information and did it in a very kind and gentle way. I'm back on track. It was handled very professionally and I appreciate the agents kindness.

Timeliness Kindness and Being a SME in this realm is required. My questions were answered before I could ask. Whatever clarification I inquired about, was notably provided. I felt confident knowing that my request would be handled- and it was in an extremely timely fashion. Autopayplus-agent Jonathan Agent Jonathan wasn't knowledgeable about processes and procedures. On the phone, he advised us to do one thing to fix an issue that we had with our account and advised he would be sending an email for us to send the appropriate papers to fix the issue. Upon receiving the email, the email had completely a different requirement of paperwork needed to fix the issue which we were not comfortable with submitting.

Marla was incredible. Marla was incredible. Extremely helpful, knowledgable, and clear spoken. Hopped on the call nervous of another terrible customer service experience with someone that didn't understand what I was looking for. Instead Marla went above and beyond, informing of how much time was being saved by increasing my payments. I feel more at peace and excited to get out of my loan. Could not have asked for a better experience.
