GBAutopayplus-agent Jonathan Agent Jonathan wasn't knowledgeable about processes and procedures. On the phone, he advised us to do one thing to fix an issue that we had with our account and advised he would be sending an email for us to send the appropriate papers to fix the issue. Upon receiving the email, the email had completely a different requirement of paperwork needed to fix the issue which we were not comfortable with submitting.

Hopped on the call nervous of another terrible customer service experience with someone that didn't understand what I was looking for. Instead Marla went above and beyond, informing of how much time was being saved by increasing my payments. I feel more at peace and excited to get out of my loan.
