GBAutopayplus-agent Jonathan Agent Jonathan wasn't knowledgeable about processes and procedures. On the phone, he advised us to do one thing to fix an issue that we had with our account and advised he would be sending an email for us to send the appropriate papers to fix the issue. Upon receiving the email, the email had completely a different requirement of paperwork needed to fix the issue which we were not comfortable with submitting.
