About Core Balance Training

Dedicated to reversing the causes of lower back pain, Core Balance Training is an online program that uses core activation and movement retraining to help people improve posture and escape the back pain cycle. Students first learn how to activate the spinal support muscles of their deep core by connecting to their 'Core Anchors', then how to apply that connection to movement. Students are guided through a system of core-based movement, resulting in a healthy core connection and supported spine in activities of daily life. Core Balance Training was founded in 2016 by Dr. Ryan Peebles, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has committed over 20 years to better understanding and reversing the root causes of chronic lower back pain. After overcoming his personal struggles with back problems, Dr. Ryan now guides others to get out of pain. The 12-week program can be completed by all ages and fitness levels. It begins with simple core-based movements, progressing to functional and complex movements over a 3 month period. All movements become healthy for the spine, allowing students to return to higher level activities, such as fitness and sport without pain. Other outcomes are improved function and reduced or eliminated lower back pain. Because the solution focuses on education and movement retraining, the results of Core Balance Training are typically lifelong.

Worth the money while I could use the program The exercises in this program were well worth the money I spent for 3 months of the program. The pain in my back was greatly improved. The sad thing was that, once the three months were up, the videos were no longer available to view at will unless i paid a significant amount for another three months membership. Since I'm in my 70s, I couldn't recall the exercises in order to keep doing them. Back pain returned, but not as bad.

Great for posture correction The program is well suited for correcting your posture, especially problems with anterior pelvic tilt. With correct posture you will be able to improve your condition faster and prevent further injuries. It will also give useful advice on dealing with pain during everyday activities.

Will cut the membership off the instant you stop autopay I was doing the program and decided to stop the auto pay. I have two weeks left on what I paid for and I immediately lost access. I paid on February 19 and today is March 2nd and I no longer have access. They say you have to stop autopay 7 days before billing cycle. It also says that you will get the time you paid for. This is obviously not true. I would have continued the program later, I was just having a hard time keeping up. I will edit this if they make it right. Edit: They responded and reinstated my membership. They also gave me an extra week. This was a glitch in their system apparently. They were very nice and responsive.

The program is wonderful The program is wonderful; the structure is very helpful and easy to follow. My back pain has subsided substantially in just 11 weeks. More importantly I recognize the movements that are “dangerous” and am starting to know how to avoid them, what positions to put my body in, and how to engage in daily movements. I am excited about my physical future and this program is the primary reason. I went from a life of constant fear that my back might give out at anytime to an understanding that my back health belongs to me.

Excellent program Excellent program! If your looking to be pain free from low back pain or SI Joint pain this is the program for you. Dr. Ryan teaches how to use your core as your center of power while having focused breathing. Incredibly happy to be on a path of healthy movement from Core Balance Training.
