GBA Really Great Program The program starts slow and gently guides you along. I was amazed at how I actually progressed and felt better from the first day. I love the Live Q&A sessions. Dr Ryan Peeples is a master at what he teaches. There's a saying which describes these sessions: "The WHAT informs, but the WHY transforms". I loved the program. There are no hidden agendas, everything including payments are very upfront. I totally recommend this program to everyone, even if you don't have lower back problems it will help your body move better.

GBCBT is a life changing experience Me before CBT: Lower back pain, could not bend forward to back without feeling pain in my spine, could no longer sleep on my back because when I did something pushed out from my spine and made sleeping on my back painful and uncomfortable. I did not have an understanding of how to treat my body to avoid putting strain on my back. Me post CBT: No more lower back pain, can bend forward and back without pain, can sleep on my back again (yay!). I have also learned so much about integrating healthy habits into my life. I now take a 1 hour walk every morning, and I take active measures to connect with my core and breath better. I am creating a maintenance plan from the list of exercises in this program so I continue to feel good. CBT has been a life changing experience, and I brag about it any chance I get.

GBHighly recommend Core Balance Training!! I highly recommend this program!! I had tried multiple physical therapists and chiropractors which either didn't help at all or didn't provide lasting relief for my back pain. This program boils down a recovery process for building balanced strength and correct posture. The pace ensures that you learn the basics well and then builds on itself. Dr. Ryan is a good teacher, super knowledgeable, kind, and chill; he's accessible for direct questions in a weekly livestream; and his staff answers questions online within a day. Excellent access to online professional support when you have questions. I've learned how to take care of my back so that I can move freely again! What a gift!!

GBThe program is wonderful The program is wonderful; the structure is very helpful and easy to follow. My back pain has subsided substantially in just 11 weeks. More importantly I recognize the movements that are “dangerous” and am starting to know how to avoid them, what positions to put my body in, and how to engage in daily movements. I am excited about my physical future and this program is the primary reason. I went from a life of constant fear that my back might give out at anytime to an understanding that my back health belongs to me.

Dr. Peebles presents the information in a clear way with detailed demonstration and personalized follow up. It was worth every penny!! I’m virtually pain-free, and finally have my life back!
