GBThis helps so much more than back pain! I didn't have back pain but I have Diastasis Recti. I took this course to help avoid surgery and although I don't know if it fixed everything perfectly, I am so much more functional. My core is functioning how it should now and I had no idea how bad it was before I learned how breath, walk, and stand correctly again. It's been at least 8 years since I could do those things correctly. This program has been truly life changing and I feel like everyone should do it! It's affected every part of my life for the better.

GBThe program is wonderful The program is wonderful; the structure is very helpful and easy to follow. My back pain has subsided substantially in just 11 weeks. More importantly I recognize the movements that are “dangerous” and am starting to know how to avoid them, what positions to put my body in, and how to engage in daily movements. I am excited about my physical future and this program is the primary reason. GBBest program ever Best program ever! 40 years of back pain, saw several professionals and did countless online things, but still suffered. No one has helped me like Core Balance Training. You owe it to yourself to check them out.

GBCBT is a life changing experience Me before CBT: Lower back pain, could not bend forward to back without feeling pain in my spine, could no longer sleep on my back because when I did something pushed out from my spine and made sleeping on my back painful and uncomfortable. I did not have an understanding of how to treat my body to avoid putting strain on my back. Me post CBT: No more lower back pain, can bend forward and back without pain, can sleep on my back again (yay!). I have also learned so much about integrating healthy habits into my life. I now take a 1 hour walk every morning, and I take active measures to connect with my core and breath better. I am creating a maintenance plan from the list of exercises in this program so I continue to feel good. CBT has been a life changing experience, and I brag about it any chance I get.
