About Core Balance Training

Dedicated to reversing the causes of lower back pain, Core Balance Training is an online program that uses core activation and movement retraining to help people improve posture and escape the back pain cycle. Students first learn how to activate the spinal support muscles of their deep core by connecting to their 'Core Anchors', then how to apply that connection to movement. Students are guided through a system of core-based movement, resulting in a healthy core connection and supported spine in activities of daily life. Core Balance Training was founded in 2016 by Dr. Ryan Peebles, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has committed over 20 years to better understanding and reversing the root causes of chronic lower back pain. After overcoming his personal struggles with back problems, Dr. Ryan now guides others to get out of pain. The 12-week program can be completed by all ages and fitness levels. It begins with simple core-based movements, progressing to functional and complex movements over a 3 month period. All movements become healthy for the spine, allowing students to return to higher level activities, such as fitness and sport without pain. Other outcomes are improved function and reduced or eliminated lower back pain. Because the solution focuses on education and movement retraining, the results of Core Balance Training are typically lifelong.

I can’t say enough good about this… I can’t say enough good about this program. I got relief after just a few days and as I stuck with it, I kept getting better and better. Dr. Peebles presents the information in a clear way with detailed demonstration and personalized follow up. It was worth every penny!! I’m virtually pain-free, and finally have my life back!

Great for posture correction The program is well suited for correcting your posture, especially problems with anterior pelvic tilt. With correct posture you will be able to improve your condition faster and prevent further injuries. It will also give useful advice on dealing with pain during everyday activities.

Dr Ryan's CBT Program works Dr Ryan's CBT Program works! It relieved alot of my back pain fairly quick into the program, and kept me from having back surgery. In the program Dr Ryan teaches you body awareness, core control and how to use you body properly. He has put alot of time into the program. He and his team are professional, caring, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. It was the best money I have ever spent. I love the program it gave me my life back.

A Really Great Program The program starts slow and gently guides you along. I was amazed at how I actually progressed and felt better from the first day. I love the Live Q&A sessions. Dr Ryan Peeples is a master at what he teaches. There's a saying which describes these sessions: "The WHAT informs, but the WHY transforms". I loved the program. There are no hidden agendas, everything including payments are very upfront. I totally recommend this program to everyone, even if you don't have lower back problems it will help your body move better.

CBT gives you control over your low back pain I could say any number of positive things about this program, but what Dr. Ryan and his team have done is create a tool that puts back pain sufferers in control of their own day to day life. I do not have to wait to see a doctor or physical therapist if I have a pain flare up. Setbacks can be endured and overcome by following the steps of the program, and this single feature has given me the most hope. I no longer worry about setbacks, so I am more confident doing things that used to create anxiety and fear. And the support you receive through the weekly livestream question and answer sessions is priceless. So grateful I discovered Core Balance Training!
