GBBefore I placed my order I had a… Before I placed my order I had a question and called the customer service line and spoke to a live person which was nice. I do not recall his name however he was kind and helpful. I placed my order and had another question. This time I used the chat feature on the website which was easy to use and I got a quick response from Jane who was very kind and helpful and was able to get me the information I needed. I will re-review once I receive the medication and update with time frames from order to consultation and meds received. So far I am happy with the customer service.

GBNot receiving 30 day supplies for a 30 day medication I've been ordering Sermorelin for the past 4 months. I receive a month supply of it but not enough syringes and alcohol pads for the whole month. Courtney Patterson-Manfredi is a terrible provider because she keeps prescribing less than enough supplies to last a month in order to even to even take the medication. I'll probably be cancelling. No provider has even reached out to me to see how my use of this drug is working out for me. I've seen no results yet and, at this point, not even sure if I'm actually receiving real Sermorelin..... For $374.00 a month?!?!? ***update on 04/02/24. Still having the same issues. Invigor will not allow me to switch providers. I will be cancelling moving forward. Please get your Sermorelin somewhere else!!

GBInflated Prices/Inflated delivery schedule I am not sure what is going on with this company. When I first ordered with them they were able to deliver within 8 days, at a very competitive price. ex: One vial of meds for approx. 170.00. Now the price AND order time have doubled with no compensation for the customer? Who's running this outfit Martin Shkreli, infamous life saving price gouger?! Then I called in and asked for consideration and spoke to someone selling the company line. Come on Invigor. What kind of backward operation are you running. I researched and was able to find Invigor. I plan on researching this med again and I promise you I'll get results. P.S. Invigor responded to my review as one can see. As usual they responded with corporate double speak which promotes the idea that they are responsive to customers by pointing them at customer service. I have already spoken to customer service and they toe the company line with not one single deviation. They make it impossible to continue nor even desire to be a customer. When I find the better value I'll be sure to post it here and anywhere that they are selling their grossly inflated goods.
