GBNot receiving 30 day supplies for a 30 day medication I've been ordering Sermorelin for the past 4 months. I receive a month supply of it but not enough syringes and alcohol pads for the whole month. Courtney Patterson-Manfredi is a terrible provider because she keeps prescribing less than enough supplies to last a month in order to even to even take the medication. I'll probably be cancelling. No provider has even reached out to me to see how my use of this drug is working out for me. I've seen no results yet and, at this point, not even sure if I'm actually receiving real Sermorelin..... For $374.00 a month?!?!? ***update on 04/02/24. Still having the same issues. Invigor will not allow me to switch providers. I will be cancelling moving forward. Please get your Sermorelin somewhere else!!

Within 24 hours, Jane sent me an email letting me know that my request had been honored. She even gave me an ETA so that I know when to expect my package. GBExcellence!!!! Every time I have to have an interaction with any company, I hold my breath. Not with Invigor. I had to change my subscription today and true to form, Courtney was all over it. Got it done for me immediately even with a special request. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some of the other Telemed companies but their customer service is so worth it! Thank you again Courtney!
