GBUseful & Not So Blood glucose monitor & helpful interactions with the nurse. However, had a total failure with the company doing the blood pressure cuff. They should be replaced with a more reliable group. Total waste. This also an area of standard interest by my general practitioner.

GBThe reason I choose the above review I would have given a much higher review if this was given to me over a month ago. I have NOT spoken to my nurse in over a month or more because she kept scheduling the call on Mon when I am at dog training. I tried to call her several times and left messages but she kept scheduling me for the same time. I got another nurse whom scheduled me this past Fri but did not show up or call me! I had to call and finally spoke to someone.

GBImmature communication fromnurse… I had a call from a nurse last week. The supposed nurse was not very knowledgeable about diabetic issues, kept calling me “girl”. I am not a child and did not appreciate being so trendy flip. I expect professionalism in my diabetes care

GBIt is important know our health is your first concern. We are getting the best information for our daily care. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Their dedication to their patients is remarkable. When you need answers you get them on time. When you need anything they are right there and you don't have to wait. Whatever you need is on time and you never runs out.

GBLowered my A1C My nurse Caitlin always has my supplies shipped to me on time. She cares for her patients and understands my concerns. She supplies me with useful information about my diet and foods that I should eat to help lower my A1C. Since I have been working with her I have lowered my A1C from 7.9 to 5.7. This program really seems to be working for me thanks. That’s why I give you 5 stars.
