GBThe reason I choose the above review I would have given a much higher review if this was given to me over a month ago. I have NOT spoken to my nurse in over a month or more because she kept scheduling the call on Mon when I am at dog training. I tried to call her several times and left messages but she kept scheduling me for the same time. I got another nurse whom scheduled me this past Fri but did not show up or call me! I had to call and finally spoke to someone.

GBImmature communication fromnurse… I had a call from a nurse last week. The supposed nurse was not very knowledgeable about diabetic issues, kept calling me “girl”. I am not a child and did not appreciate being so trendy flip. I expect professionalism in my diabetes care

GBI feel encouraged to test my glucose AND BP I feel encouraged to test my glucose frequently, and that someone cares what the readings are! I know they are watching, because I accidentally got a hi reading by having sugar on my finger and got a phone call/text message almost immediately! The fact that I keep the blood pressure monitor close to the glucose meter reminds me to take my BP frequently as well! Thank you for caring

GBService is not necessary for me First of all the glucose meter does not connect to the cellphone tower. The meter has no WiFi capabilities. Second of all my meter showed 135 on test but lab score was 116 an hour later. In addition I am not available in Tuesdays when they call dispite telling them numerous time to please change my appointment. Overall this service is not necessary for me.
