About CopilotIQ

We are on a mission to bring world-class care to seniors living with chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our firm conviction lies in believing every patient deserves access to expert healthcare monitoring to receive personalized care, identify potential risks, consistent data collection, and experience thoughtful support. CopilotIQ differs from conventional care, which typically works off a single blood pressure and glucose measurement yearly. We zoom in and focus on collecting 1,000 times more readings and sharing the data with your current primary care team and a dedicated remote nurse to unlock a more detailed and holistic picture of your health profile.

Some things are not right or correct Every time I check on the explanation of benefit provided by United, I see that you are charging for my visit to your offices, which is not right. Also, during that visit, it looks like I have seen a doctor when in fact, I only had a phone call with a nurse. Finally, from the reports I read issued by the nurse, there are some facts that aren't right or have been misinterpreted.

Immature communication fromnurse… I had a call from a nurse last week. The supposed nurse was not very knowledgeable about diabetic issues, kept calling me “girl”. I am not a child and did not appreciate being so trendy flip. I expect professionalism in my diabetes care
