GBMy nurse Heather is pleasant My nurse Heather is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and adds a personal touch to make it not all a medical experience only. She asks and listens to my explanations of why i think things are abnormal or a change from my norm. She agrees or disagrees with my explanations as based on her knowledge and knowing me as well. I am very compliant about my testing because I know they are watching. My mds are pleased with the regular information. It has helped with changing my diabetic meds.

GBUseful & Not So Blood glucose monitor & helpful interactions with the nurse. However, had a total failure with the company doing the blood pressure cuff. They should be replaced with a more reliable group. Total waste. This also an area of standard interest by my general practitioner.

GBService is not necessary for me First of all the glucose meter does not connect to the cellphone tower. The meter has no WiFi capabilities. Second of all my meter showed 135 on test but lab score was 116 an hour later. In addition I am not available in Tuesdays when they call dispite telling them numerous time to please change my appointment. Overall this service is not necessary for me.

GBLowered my A1C My nurse Caitlin always has my supplies shipped to me on time. She cares for her patients and understands my concerns. She supplies me with useful information about my diet and foods that I should eat to help lower my A1C. Since I have been working with her I have lowered my A1C from 7.9 to 5.7. This program really seems to be working for me thanks. That’s why I give you 5 stars.
