About CopilotIQ

We are on a mission to bring world-class care to seniors living with chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our firm conviction lies in believing every patient deserves access to expert healthcare monitoring to receive personalized care, identify potential risks, consistent data collection, and experience thoughtful support. CopilotIQ differs from conventional care, which typically works off a single blood pressure and glucose measurement yearly. We zoom in and focus on collecting 1,000 times more readings and sharing the data with your current primary care team and a dedicated remote nurse to unlock a more detailed and holistic picture of your health profile.

Service is not necessary for me First of all the glucose meter does not connect to the cellphone tower. The meter has no WiFi capabilities. Second of all my meter showed 135 on test but lab score was 116 an hour later. In addition I am not available in Tuesdays when they call dispite telling them numerous time to please change my appointment. Overall this service is not necessary for me.

Taylor is very thorough and… Taylor is very thorough and knowledgeable. She explains my questions and if I don't understand them she continues to talk to me until I do understand them.

I feel encouraged to test my glucose AND BP I feel encouraged to test my glucose frequently, and that someone cares what the readings are! I know they are watching, because I accidentally got a hi reading by having sugar on my finger and got a phone call/text message almost immediately! The fact that I keep the blood pressure monitor close to the glucose meter reminds me to take my BP frequently as well! Thank you for caring

My nurse (Dana) is always so patient… My nurse (Dana) is always so patient and so informative. She explains everything in detail where I can understand what she’s talking about. I am never in the dark about my health. I’m also loving my diabetic supplies and my bp monitor.

Some things are not right or correct Every time I check on the explanation of benefit provided by United, I see that you are charging for my visit to your offices, which is not right. Also, during that visit, it looks like I have seen a doctor when in fact, I only had a phone call with a nurse. Finally, from the reports I read issued by the nurse, there are some facts that aren't right or have been misinterpreted.
